If I could give zero stars I would I just came in to purchase a brake light accidentally bought 7443R instead of 7443 came back 5 minutes later to just ask if I bought the wrong bulb or not and instead of checking the cashier just started to tell me they don't do returns and I haven't didn't say anything before the cashier calls his manager Juan over to see if I can return it (which I still had not asked just asked if I bought the wrong bulb)as the cashier was explaining to me why they didn't take them back I was quietly listening and his manager Juan doesn't say a word to me and says just do to get these people out of here and when I asked why he was so rude the cashier just went back to explaining why they didn't do returns. So unacceptable I didn't even go in asking to exchange it just if I bought the wrong one and I wasn't giving anyone a hard time I did not deserve the disrespect.

Caught the store manager sleeping in the back office while I waited to get help heard the snoring and found him to be asleep during company time is this how you run your store advance??? No wonder your losing customers.

this is by far the worst auto parts store there is in the town of Aurora Illinois. send my son to get a battery and alternator checked, when he came back and pointed out at parts that did not even remotely we’re in common with the situation he was having with the car. I went back to the store to get the battery and alternator tested. When I asked the gentleman why didn’t he tested at first, He says to me " are you going to get an attitude with me or do you want me to help you". ??? so I guess since I called him out on not knowing what he was doing he got mad at me and refuse to service me as a customer. I guess these are the kind of people that Advance Auto Hire as managers.... Yes! and he was supposed to be the manager.... SMH?♂️.
