On February 26, 2024 approximately 2:30pm this evening I entered this Location Looking for a good walking Shoe I noticed entering all the Stores everyone spoke and said welcome in. except here. I noticed two Caucasian Females ( one with colored hair )in the front conversating as if they were angry so I proceeded to shop but then I heard them say Hi! welcome in! I then took notice. and proceeded to look for a shoe but also was not pleased with the service. I began to walk to the door and no one said have nice day. So I did an about face , just to pretend to check something else. and one of the young ladies crossed paths with me she almost had this Disgusting look on her face, as I made up my mind to let her go first. as I proceeded down the isle I left. Again no one said have a good day or Please come back.I could not find the Policy Procedures from Adidas on Customer Service so here is my Remedy. The Company should have Training on Interaction With Customers and Procedures being Enforced by Company Rules on how to Produce a comfortable Environment for ALL PEOPLE .

This store is always incredibly busy, but for a good reason. The selections are huge, with a ride variety of sizes. The prices are incredible and the staff is always very helpful and helping you find what you need. They also have a lot of registers open always.

This store focuses more on the athletic side of Adidas, I know this comment seems d*** but I was looking for more classic looks of shoes. There was not a very good selection of those at all.

Friendly staff and good prices. Doesn’t always have the best selection, but that’s to be expected with any outlet store. Will definitely be back to see what they’ve got from time to time. Three stripe life!!

Looking for a specific Ultra Boost. Floor staff extremely helpful, keyed in product number of my ~6 yr old worn UBs, matched it perfectly, my common size was in stock, rang up sale from the floor (avoided the checkout line) including printed receipt. Sale price was about 60% of what I paid for my first pair. Altogether a good experience.

Love this Adidas store. They always have a great and diverse selection, of which I feel like I always find something cool and new to walk out with. I had a fun time shopping at this store. All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They recommend the best options without automatically sending you to the most expensive options. This place is really the best among others, and I will surely recommend this boutique to everyone else. Great customer service and staff stay on top of things to keep the store in order. Great shopping experience. Keep up the amazing work.

A great Adidas outlet store with lots of selection. Everything Adidas was here and available in all sizes and fits. The prices were good and most everything was on sale in some fashion. The cashiers moved quickly through the line of people wanting to check out which was a nice change from most outlet stores.
