Place is a joke, manager’s are useless, will allow you to try only ONE shoe, you can’t try both left and right at a same time, for a $100 pair all managers will be standing around and watching you.. and if the size is wrong (because you don’t have a chance to wear them both at the store) you won’t be able even to exchange to deferent size. Manager will advise you to sell them on marketplace and buy one more pair instead. Disgusting.

I purchased a lavender tank top and white tee with black writing on it. After washing the clothing as listed on the tags, the tank ended up with large red marks. When I brought the item back in, I was told there is nothing they can do because the item is now used. How does washing an item to their specifications with other clothing from this store not classify for an exchange?

On my new visit I found crazy tennis offers with up to 70% real discount I couldn't believe it and I plan to return last year they cost me almost 100 on sale and you can't even imagine this one God bless

On February 26, 2024 approximately 2:30pm this evening I entered this Location Looking for a good walking Shoe I noticed entering all the Stores everyone spoke and said welcome in. except here. I noticed two Caucasian Females ( one with colored hair )in the front conversating as if they were angry so I proceeded to shop but then I heard them say Hi! welcome in! I then took notice. and proceeded to look for a shoe but also was not pleased with the service. I began to walk to the door and no one said have nice day. So I did an about face , just to pretend to check something else. and one of the young ladies crossed paths with me she almost had this Disgusting look on her face, as I made up my mind to let her go first. as I proceeded down the isle I left. Again no one said have a good day or Please come back.I could not find the Policy Procedures from Adidas on Customer Service so here is my Remedy. The Company should have Training on Interaction With Customers and Procedures being Enforced by Company Rules on how to Produce a comfortable Environment for ALL PEOPLE .
