I called the store to learn about a snow blower. Fran helped me, she may be the manager or assistant manager or just a fabulous associate, but regardless, she had the snow blower waiting for me and she answered all of my questions. I was out of there quickly and happily.

It’s nice to see personalized help in a hardware store. They may not have the same selection as the big box stores but these people are there to help. We ended up getting glass cut. Quick and efficient
