I don't know how this happened but I went in to buy four screws and four washers. Somehow I ended up paying seven dollars for them. I was still in the parking lot and figured this is not right. I go back in and they saw I had been overcharged and it only cost about two dollars. Strange to be so far off. But they fixed it with no problems

The experience wasn't too bad except the old lady who works there asking my husband if he was sure that he knew a shower rod was actually for the shower lol...Then charging him more for a shower rod that was larger in size than the one he had grabbed without a price tag ...smh ?♀️ but other than that it wasn't that bad of an experience.

I had 15 keys made here and 8 of them didn't work.The West side ACE is waaaay better than the one on Rt. 31. The Rt. 31 location is either out of what I'm looking for or they give me the wrong items, VERY frustrating. I think I'll stop wasting my time and just go the West side location first. West side has helped me out of a few jams now.... Thx West side ACE!!

ACE is the place with the helpful hardware Sales Associates. I was approached and asked if I needed assistance, which I did. She found what I needed and they have another satisfied customer. ?

Worst Ace Hardware ever! Went in this morning to buy some chain link. Two cashiers never even greeted us. Went to find the chain and two employees there said as little as they could to us. They all seemed as if they wished we had not come.
