I'm a first time homeowner, and in my sunroom, I had a single pane 5ft x 21 7/8" casement window that was cracked by our family dog ... or the rainstorm. Either way, my dear mother recommended this company to come fix it. I called Monday for a request for an estimate; Wednesday, I received a return call with the estimate; and Thursday, the installer (CZ) arrived on time, and ready.
This installer was a master at this. Within two hours, he rang the doorbell and let me know the install was done.
He removed the old window, cleaned up ALL of the glass shards from the removal, installed new glass, and he was able to secure the glass back in place to the frame of the window. It's seriously like the window never was broken!
I really was scared, because it's a sunroom that was constructed 30 years ago. Everything these days is "custom order" and "weeks out". A cracked pane of glass is dangerous in that size, so time is important.

Service was excellent! I got a mirror and a tabletop delivered to my home in perfect condition. They did a wonderful job installing the mirror onto my wall, the guys were so great and helpful! Highly Recommend.

Having a son who loves to play baseball inside, A Touch of Glass and Mirror has had my back when it comes to repairing my windows after getting a baseball go through them. I highly recommend this company. Staff is so helpful, quick installation, and can’t help but love those precious kitties in the office! Que dios los bendigan - they speak Spanish which was very helpful.

I received an appointment for an estimate on a glass shower door. The agent was nearly an hour late coming to my home and did not call ahead. When he did arrive he was pleasant (no mask) and answered my questions. He said I'd be receiving a quote later that day or the next. This was several weeks ago. I have heard nothing. If you want to deal with a courteous, reliable business, I suggest you look elsewhere.
