I called the store location at 2241 S Eola Road and was told solar eclipse glasses are 5 dollars a pair. I went into the store and was charged 9.99 a pair. I can't believe they would take advantage of the public and increase the price quadrupling their profit margin. I was told 5 dollars on the phone and then was doubled at the store. This is ridiculous. I'm sure this is a franchise but are there no guidelines in terms of price markups? This seems crazy to me. I feel extremely disappointed in the service that was provided.

Very rude man inside the storeput my credit card to pump gas says see cashier tried a second card same message tried another pump says the same message The guy in the desk wanting people to come in the storeWhen I asked him why this is happening he says don't know called my bank they have no problem and card is accepted everywhere .The store guy purposely blocking card readers at pump and wanting people to go in the store for purchasesI was in hurry to get back to work no time for such nonsense get your gas elsewhere the store guy an Indian no basic manners does not know how to talk to customers

A rude and indifferent guy at the helm of front counter. As other 7-11 stores, it also sells items at a much higher price. Hopefully soon, there is a better competition around.

So every night me and my wife goes to this pizza place called 7-Eleven and they said they sell pizza any time but every time I go there after 10 this gentleman at night he says my van is clean and he cannot cook us the pizza and that's some b******* because 7-Eleven needs to know that this guy is not trying to sell pizza night and what you're advertising is Falls so I can sue you for that. I want owner to response over this. Or I call 7 eleven corporate tomorrow.

I came in here because we were filling up on a road trip to Springfield Missouri. We came in at the middle of the night and we decided to buy some snacks. In terms of customer service this place does a decent job. They have so many different options for snacks. Not only that but they have many options for healthy snacks which is not always available at 7-Eleven. The gas pumps worked pretty fast and I had no issue with getting a receipt from the pump which sometimes is a problem at gas stations. There's honestly nothing to complain about this location. Great staff and friendly customer service. The staff was very polite and courteous. The one downside is that it is slightly dirty both on the interior and the exterior. But most gas stations are like that.

I went there because I got an e-mail that I could get a free medium Slurpee that was going to expire on 5/30/19. I went to the counter with my Slurpee and the lady told me no, it didn't scan free and that I must be mistaken. So I paid and asked if they had lottery tickets and she said, "what do you think? There's the printer" I am 56 years old and in customer service. She shouldn't even be pumping gas if they had that anymore. I was there at 4:45 on 5/29/19 if you want to figure out who she is so she can be fired. Stars? 0.
