My daughter and I were visiting the area and decided to go window shopping. We came across this beautiful store. The customer service was fantastic! I forgot to get a business card before leaving. We purchased a beautiful dress for my daughter’s banquet and I’m hoping to order one also. Thank you so very much for your assistance with picking her dress!!! You are amazing!!!

My granddaughter finally found a dress she liked after may hours of shopping. Found some loose strings from missing sequins. Lady heard us talking about it. Had them hold the dress to look at 1 more store. Came back asked if they would take some money off. Said they looked for missing sequins and said they couldn't find place where sequins were missing. Any decent store owner would admit that there was a flaw and take a little money off. Bought dress anyway, couldn't find another. Will never shop there again!!

Great selection of formal dresses and the staff was attentive to what my daughter was looking for. Their recommended seamstress, Mary, did excellent work in hemming the dress that included a slip and train. The hemming ended up being affordable and it was completed quickly.

I wish I remember the name of the lady that helped us at this store. We went in about 30 min before closing May 3 or 4 and she waited even after hours for my daughter to find the dress she loved and never made us feel like we had to rush.She was so nice and went above and beyond to help us. It was that person who found the dress my daughter fell in love with. The bottom of the dress had an extra piece that went around that's not on the picture, due to hemming the length on it and price so we had to have it altered without it on, it is beautiful with that piece too but also without. My daughter tried on MANY dresses and it was the one she pulled at the very end that was the one my daughter loved. So many beautiful dresses to choose from there! Highly recommend it! You are not a dollar sign to this business they treat you like they genuinely care and it made my daughters prom the best!!!

We went in on a Thursday afternoon. We needed a prom dress. There was only 1 girl working and her name is Lily. Prom dress shopping with a teenager is stressful. I couldn't imagine having to do it all day. Anyways, Lily was amazing. There were several girls trying on dresses and she didn't even make getting the dresses together or offering suggestions look hard. She knew what sizes were available for different dresses and even took a dress off a mannequin for us! Seriously, this place is amazing. Great job, Lily!

This store has the most gorgeous dresses and the employees are incredibly helpful. You can tell them what you're looking for and will know exactly what to pull out for you. By far my favorite place to get nice dresses.

Worst experience ever they gave me a used Dress and didn’t want to return the money, the lady who helped us had a really bad attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this place the dresses are dirty.

Used this little shop many times! The women are straight to the point, helpful, and fun to work with!! Even as a "bigger girl" the ladies were very helpful helping me find the dress I was looking for!Gone here for years for my sisters' prom dresses and got one today for my senior year prom. Always loved it! Beautiful dresses for every body type!

The lady at the register was very rude, barely helped.. me and my friend went in today to try to find dama dresses for her quinceañera and i am aware that i am tall i am 5’5 and i am chubby i do range from XL-2XL in dresses. The lady was very rude and basically called me fat saying no dress i try on will look nice on me. She told me this in a very disrespectful manner and the energy was just simply negative. Save yourself the embarrassment that was very unprofessional of her, i am aware that i am fat and talk but there was no reason for her to say that in such an unprofessional manner. Do not recommend theres better options out there.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE!!!I bought my granddaughter a homecoming dress and she wanted to exchange it. I didn’t have the receipt but I did have the transaction on my credit card statement - with all of the store’s information on there. They wouldn’t accept that. I’m past furious!!!Any other store accepts your credit card statement as proof of purchase but not those idiots. I will never, ever recommend 4 The Occasion to anyone!!!

Horrible customer service! Went to exchange my brand new dress for a different size for the exact same dress...easy enough considering we asked about exchanges when we purchased and they said "yes for in store exchanges only not cash back" there was no mention of a time limit. Went to exchange it Tuesday August 9th at 5:30 and were told that there was a 10 days exchange period within receipt...this wasn't told to us , it was just written on the bottom of the receipt. It would have been nice if they told us the 10 day limit when we asked. Very disappointed in the service the worker was not professional or understanding all she did was tap the receipt over and over.

I spend over $300 on dresses and accessories. 1 hair accessory broke putting it on, and both dresses literally fell apart at the dance. One completely so my daughter had to spend 2 hrs trying not to have her chest out.They would not give store credit or even exchange the dresses with a receipt within the 10 day window.
