Clouser Auto in Auburn, Illinois is the worst place that you could ever get your vehicle serviced. These criminals destroyed my van's engine. They will unplug engine components and tell you they are bad. When you plug the components back in they work fine. I would sue them but it's my word against theirs.

I brought my van into Clouser's for a minor repair as a new customer and they called and told me that it was ready to be picked up, but said that my radiator fan needed replaced. Since the fan was replaced just two years ago and has been working fine ever since I told them not to do any work on it. After getting the van back from them it started overheating whenever I was driving slow or stopping, which it was NOT doing before I brought it to them. I checked the radiator fan and it was not working. I got a flashlight and found the radiator fan was unplugged! I plugged it back in and the fan started working. But because of Clouser's dirty trick of unplugging my radiator fan a rod bearing has gone bad on my van and the engine is now ruined due to the overheating that they caused. I've never dealt with crooks as bad as this in my life! Shame on you Clouser's! Stay away from there if you don't want to get robbed or have your vehicle damaged! It's going to cost me $5,000 to put a new engine in the van! When I call Clouser's to ask them about this issue they blame it on me and start yelling nonsense.

As a person who drives hundreds of miles a day for work, places like this are few and far between. I called Mario from the side of the road with a tire going flat and got the car to the shop. Took care of me in under 15 minutes. Incredible service with an incredible price …Beyond grateful for your service.

Paul and his son Mario always do good and honest work. His prices will not be beaten either. Paul has come to my rescue a handful of times. He has driven to where I was broke down around Auburn and even to my home in Chatham once. There was a time I hit a deer and Paul banged the dent out for free! There have been other minor things that I wanted to pay for and Paul said don’t worry about. I’ve also witnessed him doing these acts of kindness for others while I waited for my car. Clousers is a place you can trust you’ll be taken care of honestly!

Yesterday I had an emergency flat tire situation coming home from work. Called Clouser and they were so kind and understanding. They checked to see if they had my tire in stock and then once I made it to the shop on my spare they had the new tire on in no time. Thank you SO much for making the solution to a stressful situation as easy as possible!

Took my kids Jeep they're 3 months ago still sitting here he took it out to a retired Master Carpenter to put the motor in paid for a premium licensed mechanic and I've got them Carpenter to do it through Paul I highly recommend getting a second opinion if you want your car back in a decent amount of time not saying he does bad work but it's time frame is horrible
