Dr. B has the BEST bedside(petside) maner of any vet we've ever used. She saved my sons dog years ago when a different place didn't even bother to do a simple 5 minute test. We won't go anyplace else no matter how far we need to drive. She's the BEST!!

I was super stressed because my dog had never injured herself before. The woman who took my call was kind, and then when I arrived, Dr Borgerson was very supportive and so friendly to my dog. She explained everything that she was doing, and was very gentle with Biscuit (my dog). I left the office feeling much better about things. Dr Borgerson actually called the next day to see how Biscuit was doing and to make sure everything was going OK . A nice touch I haven't always received from other vets. I highly recommend Timbercrest.

Both of my dogs needed vaccines and we got an appointment super quick. They handled my dogs great and also got me an appointment quick for a spay on my dog.

Quality care from a very friendly staff. We love Dr. Talbert and the care that he gives to Hank and Ruby. The facility is always clean and has plenty of seating in the waiting room.

We transferred from another clinic and have a kennel!! We have nothing but great things to say about Timbercrest and especially Dr. Talbert! We are so thankful they accepted us as clients and feel very blessed! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and already have!!!

I always recommend Timbercrest, even to friends outside of the Logan/DeWitt County area. Last week was our intro to Dr. Talbert and a new Vet Tech since Dr. Fluty's departure. I was relieved to hear Dr. Talbert took time to review Lacey's history. She's an 80 lb+ scaredy cat (dog) but took to him right away! And the Vet Tech (I can't believe I forgot her name!) took the time to look back to check last year's winter weight since we couldn't get Lacey to stay on the scale. Everyone we encountered listened - really listened - and cared, as Timbercrest always has. We look forward to future visits and getting to know everyone better. Thank you all!
