They've always been really kind and understanding. They've been the vet of my dog for over a year, and they're amazing. The environment in the exam room is very friendly for animals. My dog gets really nervous around strangers, but he was calm with them. They were very gentle with him, even when taking a skin scraping. He had a really bad scratching problem for years, and they were able to figure it out quickly and gave us the treatment plan. Can not stress enough how wonderful this place is. If you want to feel like your pet is truly cared for, this is the place to go.

Bait & Switch pricing and very disorganized. A family member had recommended we take our puppy to their Geneseo office to be spayed. We were quoted $250 over the phone when we scheduled. When we took her in for a pre surgery exam we confirmed that price with the vet and their receptionist. We also confirmed that the pre surgery visit and blood test was included.
Upon picking her up after her surgery we were presented with a bill totaling over $430!
They admitted that they had quoted from an old price sheet but they wouldn't adjust their price. They also told us the pre exam and blood test wasn't included eventhough they previously said it was. Sorry, but I will no longer trust our puppy with them.

I had tried to get into this vet as several of my friends told me it was the best in the area. My 1st call was fine, but I had to look at my schedule before making an appt.
My second call the next day Saturday was not very good. I asked if they had emergency care explained the sense of urgency and was told to take my kitty to Bettendorf if I needed an emergency vet.
I was pretty upset after that call, but several of my friends and a family member reiterated they're really good. It must've been someone having a bad day they said.
I called in Monday and they said bring her Tuesday.
My experience with Dr. Miller was great. Dr.. Miller explained my kitty's care well. They did need to keep our baby and knew of her anxiety of not being at home and that she could run if they were not cautious. They took extra care while she was kenneled knowing of her running..... we very much appreciated this.
The office is very busy, so be patient and the prices are very fair.
We are happy to have a vet that understands our anxious kitty and thankful to have our baby cared for by Dr. Miller.

Had an emergency with my cat and they were the only vet around that was able to help right away and take care of my cat and at a price I could actually afford!

Very caring staff. They are willing to work with people who are unable to pay for their entire bill at the time of their service. My dog was always treated well and loved going there.

Unfortunately, one of my best friends passed away the night before she was scheduled to see Dr Miller. The staff was very helpful and friendly I know that Evvee would've liked going there and would've gotten great care.

Dr. And vet tech were unusually rude. Vet left before she told me what was going on with my dogs. I had to ask the secretary to get her out of her office to get the results of their tests. If their professionalism continues to be this way, I will pay more money to see another vet.

Took my epileptic boy, Pinball, here to see about his general health care, (such as vaccines and a neuter) where as other vets seemed reserved and skeptical about taking him as a patient. They were gentle, took their time getting to know him and gave me REAL answers.
