Very well equipped, with weight training equipment, treadmills and other aerobic training equipment. Great music, but not loud or obtrusive. Not crowded. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. VERY CLEAN. And, there is a basketball court!

Being greeted upon entering is a great way to start a workout! The facility is spotless and offers great options for everyone. I would recommend Rt 29 Fitness to everyone!
