I’ve been buying JM flour for several years after touring the farm with my husband on a field day for his job. The quality is in the taste and I enjoy eating carbs much more knowing the wheat is grown and processed with attention to detail. There is a learning curve in baking with fresher flour but it’s so worth it!

I’ve retired and began a sourdough journey. Looking for local organic supplies lead to the best source imaginable. Janie’s Mill is unbeatable. Their flours from Turkey Red to Artisan Blend are the most flavorful of all I have tried. I do love the “family” stories in the news letter. Thank you.
