Staff is friendly always smiling and helpful.Bruce the owner and of the staff will listen to you on what your doing and have a good idea what you'll need to get it done. If you buy something you did not need you can take it back and they will give your money back to you for that part

Called 2 weeks ago for a minor plumbing job. They said it would be two weeks til they got to us. Called back because no phone call for.a,scheduled rime. Was told they didn’t know when they could fit us in. Finally a week later the employee who does the scheduling said he had no idea when he could do it. This was a total of about a month of wasted time when we could’ve had it done already. Horrible customer service. Lack of communication amongst employees and IMO pick and choose who they want to work for. Do not recommend.

I can't say enough great things about this store, they have everything you need plus a 5 star service department. they completed a plumbing job for me when other local plumbers kept pushing me off ( assuming the job wasn't big enough) , they showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job, i know where I will be spending my money from.now on.

Oye's has taken care of myself and my families for literally 3 generations worth. They do a great job servicing our AC/Furnace and they've always been great with other issues (plumbing, etc.). Of course, the store is great too. Shop local!

Great store for basic hardware on sudden notice and great selection of tool you would only think of either online or in a place like home depto and lows and can order just about anything else. They even load and store it untill pick up and staff are local and very kind. They go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need.
