I have never got a bad piece or bad cut of meat from Das Schlacht over the many years that I've been ordering/buying from them.. I usually order ahead of time and Freda give me a call when my order is ready.. I have to drive approximately 50 miles, but it is more than worth the drive..

This place is the best! We go there all the time. Fresh meat. Finest quality! Good prices. Friendly staff. Variety of any kind of meat you could want! We love it here!

Amazing meat case full of fresh beef and pork. Got several things including this bone-in sirloin steak that we grilled tonight. Wonderful customer service, too!

Das Schlacht Haus specializes in dry-aged beef, a process where beef has been hung or placed on a rack to dry for several weeks, resulting in more flavorful and tender meat. They also feature grass-fed beef from Flying S Beef.
