Very bad experience that we had there today. Customer service sucks. They quoted us 3 different prices and then tried to tell us they didn’t. After we walked out the door, I walked back in to ask a question about one of the outrageous charges we were charged and the staff was in the back room talking very badly about how I presented my money because I had cash in an envelope instead of carry a credit card or a check on me. They don’t know the first thing about me and for them to talk very poorly about me for no reason was just mind blowing. I’ll gladly not come back. Thank god I wasn’t seeking them to be my permanent vet. The only reason we went there was because our vet has a couple month waiting list right now due to being short staffed on vets.

Dr. Linda Harmon's chiropractic treatment has helped my senior pup move better and that's almost priceless. The staff does a wonderful job with both of my girls.

My recent encounter with Arthur Veterinary Clinic has left me deeply disheartened. As a pet owner facing the difficult decision of whether to proceed with surgery for my 15-year-old dog, I expected compassion and understanding from Dr. Kyle Drake. Instead, I felt belittled and discouraged as the veterinarian explained the risks involved.
While Dr. Kyle Drake may through these routine procedures each and every day, I am only human and struggle to process during times of crisis. Anytime you assess risk, questions come with it, which is in no way a direct reflection of his knowledge or ability. Despite my efforts to seek prompt callbacks and follow-up information regarding my dog's health, I encountered significant hurdles in communication. Additionally, the termination of our client relationship, as conveyed in a recent letter, serves as a disheartening confirmation that my concerns were not given the attention and respect, they deserved.
In summary, while Dr. Kyle Drake may excel in technical skills; his bedside manner and communication approach require improvement to truly serve the needs of both pets and their owners! It is my sincere hope that he prioritizes empathy, compassion, and transparent communication in his interactions with clients moving forward.
This experience underscores the critical need for prioritizing client concerns and fostering an environment of trust and respect in veterinary care. I implore Dr. Kyle Drake to reflect on this feedback and strive to improve his communication practices for the benefit of future clients and their beloved pets.

They were going to take my service companion off of the medication that he's been on without slowly weaning off. I got a second opinion and saved my companions! I recommend getting a second opinion on everything.
