these guys are scammers, ordered an engine for a Volkswagen, got a call saying that the timing cover had been cracked and they would take $50 off, when i got the engine it was completely blown up and not able to be used, they are trying to say i agreed to that for the $50 off, I asked them if they could name one reason why i would agree to order a blown up engine to replace my blown up engine, even after providing written proof in emails, on my invoice, and recorded phone calls of them saying it was just a cracked timing cover still wont help, biggest scam ever, im a 20 year old student now out $1000 i cant afford.

i will never deal with carz r us1 ever again i purchased an oil pan for a 2011 Hyundai sonata drove 2 hours away to pick it up and get the oil pan back to the shop and installed the oil pan and it leaks and now they wont refund my money

DON'T! This place is a joke. I ordered both cylinder heads for my truck over a week later still had not recieved tracking info I called to see if they'd been shipped. They said the mechanic said he had to pull the entire engine out of the truck to pull the heads (which is not true) but that was happening that day and they would ship the next day. The next week I got a call and text from someone stating that the mechanic had disassembled the heads and they didn't know where the parts were. They get a one star for the guy actually contacting me before shipping because he the order was for the loaded heads and they did issue me a full refund immediately.

Total fraud sold a junk transmission to me as a good running transmission opened the pan to find LARGE metal pieces and metal shavings contacted them to get a replacement and was told the transmission was fine!!! Are you kidding me won't refund or replace. Transmission had been opened before I picked up they knew it was junk and sold as a good item. Wouldn't send anyone I care about to this business.

Read the reviews they are TRUE. Ordered a transmission from them and got a price. then lady called back wanting more money. When I told them no they said they will cancel the order and I have to go though pay pal to get my money back. Hardly speak any English. RUN AWAY! I hate leaving bad reviews as I have a small business and reviews are hard to get!!!

Sent a message about a part I saw on Facebook C K responded and told me it was available. I told him I was from over an hour away. He assured me it was available. I got there. He then said it was not available because “I was busy“ . Then offered me another part that did not fit and told me he would charge me an extra $25 to cut it to make it fit! These people are absolutely terrible! And then, when you have a problem with anything, nobody speaks any English! Stopped at a couple mechanics on the way back to Champaign and told them my story and they all laughed and said yeah we know that place is horrible so evidently it’s a secret that I did not know, but everyone else knew do not waste your time with this horrible business!

This place has a variety of used cars and used parts. We called 3 times about a used tires and was told we would receive a call right back which never happened. We drove there and talk to them and had to wait about a hour for one used tires that was way over priced. $75 for a used tire seems like it's a little high.
