Went here on July 13th to cancel my services and move them to a new home. I thought everything went smoothly and they had cancelled my old account. The guy I spoke with was Hispanic, I told him I had already had a bad experience with Xfinity, so I was hesitant on even moving forward with them. What he failed to mention was that I still owed money on my last account that I presumed was “cancelled.” Of course now I am left paying $30 for a service I’m not using only to get charged another $30 in two weeks. A great example of horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere. They nickel and dime you with Xfinity.

Visited this ammazing branch to add a new line to my plan. I want to give a big shout out to Megan. She was amazing. Help us a lot. Overall customer experience will was extremely pleasant. I Will definitely recommend Xfinity to my friends especially this location as Megan is working here.

Customer service was extremely lacking. Walked into the store and all the employees were lounging around. I wanted to sign up for service but the representative gave me very vague answers and barely seemed interested in helping me sign up for a plan.
This is my first time at this location, I would recommend visiting the 324 E Rand Rd store. Their customers service is much better and they are much more attentive to customers.

You wouldn’t believe how one person can change your mentality about the store. I almost walked out empty handed, but a friend came by and made me try one more time with the Arlington Heights Xfinity location and I was assigned to Samantha Santos. She went above and beyond to help me with my questions and made it easy, inviting, safe for me to be there. Great skills to be in a management position. Her communication skills We’re on point. slow, unhelpful employees, can't do what you need, make you wait forever. just what you expect from Comcast.
if you have any options of another carrier even worse service at a higher price use them. use Comcast only as a very last resort. no one can help you, the website adds features you don't want back into your bill.
Edit: and their response to me here was just a link to go **wait in a line to talk to someone maybe** -- typical comcast, tone-deaf and have no respect for your time or money. AVOID AT ANY AND ALL COSTS. I will not move to another area they only service it's that bad, their service is so bad it affects my choice of apartment.

Worker that helped us was nice, but not very informative. Helped us do what we need, but without any extra steps of explaining and stuff. That would have made a difference. They weren't busy either. Good prices though!

I received outstanding service by Andy at Xfinity store in Arlington Heights. Modem replacement took under five minutes. Andy was very knowledgeable about the product and provided great service.

Easy to get everything we needed!! Lets see how setting it up goes...
Setting it up has been very challenging. Have to attempt to convert a cat5 to coaxial by myself. The "do it yourself" install is ridiculous.

SCAMMERS !!!
I signed a new contract for a given price for the Internet (when signing I received an email with the price I will pay monthly for next year) and as it turned out later, my bill had become larger, after returning and talking to one of the scammers working there, I was told that I have to pay what I already have. So I'm wondering how it is that the price is different when signing and the invoice is different later????

Xfinity welcomes to cheat you.
Worst experience & not trust worthy, they promise & sell too many promotions for 1 account & after 1st month bill, they say as per company policy only one promotion is applicable. if this hidden point was initially told, we won't even come to xfinity.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! If you see xfinity, just get out of there fast!
My husband and I had an xfinity connection and home internet. one day it just stopped working, we went to their store and asked them to fix it, no one could do anything and the xfiniti people just said we need to close the old accounts and create new ones! We closed old accounts and refused new mobile numbers. we terminated the contract with them on September 15, 2022. After 1.5 years they transferred our debt to a collection company. debt for using their services in the period from September 15 to November 3, 2022. although our accounts were closed on September 15, 2022.
xfinity company used my personal data without me. when I came to their store they said we can’t help you with this, call our main office. when I spoke with the manager from the main office, he talked to me as if I was stupid, he told me that prove that you closed this account, you have no evidence. but I have proof of the last time our phones called and it was September 15, 2022. after they found out that I had evidence, only then did they open a case and start looking into it.
