The calipers weren't originally planned, but when a problem arose, he called me and explained it very thoroughly.I was given a ride home when I dropped off the truck, and picked up when the job was finished. “You don’t find people like this anymore! I came in just looking for a quote. Then, less than 3 minutes later. I had Dave and I think Kevin repairing the damage to my daughter’s skid plate from underneath. When it was said and done. I asked, how much? He replied, don’t worry about. I’m not leaving this review because I left without a bill. But more for how these guys treated me as a person. I tell my kids to treat people the way you want to be treated. They did exactly that ?? First but not last time I’ll be visiting here. Give them a try!”
“I can’t decide on a replacement wheel for my truck. Dan from Bloomingdale Discount Tire explained to me what would be good for my truck. I showed him my choices and he patiently explained to me how they would look and if they would be safe. After two visits, I made a decision. We did it and I am happy with the result. Disappointed at the corporate level (two different wheels I selected were shown in stock- one ended up being discontinued and the other was not being manufactured currently). Despite this, Jacob and Andy were super helpful answering questions and got me set up with other wheels and tires. They were great. Service was quick. Their time estimate was spot on . “I called them at 4:00 and spoke with Jose to ask if they were busy to change 4 tires on my wife's 2017 ford edge. They said no and to come in. I got there at 4:14 and walked out the door at 4:39 with all the tires replaced. Everyone was really nice and it took no time at all. Fastest work I've ever seen on a car and I really appreciate it.”
