I got a Walgreens gift card frim my bank, but it does not have a barcode and they send it digitally. At this Walgreens location, I tried to buy something and the cashier, pardon my french, indian lady, ahe said ahe will not take it, ahe needed the physical card. I explained the bank swns them digitally, and ask for the manager, she sqid she was the manager and she DID NOT WANT TO TAKE IT. I said, just to make sure, so IT IS NOT YOU CANNOT TAKE IT, BUT IT IS YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT. She said yea, I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT, I NEED THE PHYSICAL CARD. Maybe think about give the person in charge a little update on how the digital world works? This trip messed up all my schedule for chores. Now I have to make another stop in a different store. Will never come back to this one though

I was here on May 6th, 2024 around 9pm. I was harassed. The guy kept asking when or if I was ready to check out right away. I only had one item in my hand but looking for something else . I finally reassured the weird guy, I wasn't stealing anything. I used to shop there with previous managers with no problems. There was lady who claimed to be the manager appeared to be Hispanic but she doesn't look like a manager type . She just stood there as I asked if it was closing time because of the guy's behavior. I found the guy after I paid and told him that his discriminatory behavior be
was unnecessary. He became defensive and crazy. I left and I wont be going back to this location. I only spend 5 minutes or less in Walgreens. I buy distilled water or wine.

Staff talking about customers. No prices for items so I left with buying nothing. They say to wait for the manager to the next morning. I need my things today not tomorrow morning.

They need 2 extra employees to just answer phones! I've made 5 calls on 5 different days to ask a simple question. I've been on perma-hold & the 5th time, I was disconnected. I'll have to change drugstores. This has been going on far too long.

Brown lady from pharmacy injected flushot without swabbing the area first and said "you can go" without putting band-aid on the arm. What a service ... Disappointed ...

Andrea went above and beyond to help me. My stores canvas printer wasn't working, and she was so sweet over the phone and very helpful. Will definitely come back when im in this neck of the woods ? both cashiers were super nice as well. I did not catch their names

Pharmacists are unprofessional, they say one thing and do another, they are rude. They should hire workers with articulate speech, no matter what kind of accent they have, but they should speak slowly and understandably.

Second Walgreens in this district I have been too relying on online inventory. 7 on hand, none on floor. Lack of training from management, very disappointed with my experience.
