This place is just horrible. Criminally understaffed and a lot of the staff they do have are kids. Been going here for many months to fill my prescription and every time it has been a bad experience. They're always out of stock of my prescription that is widely available and the wait times are as long as the other reviewers have said. Don't go here if your prescription is important. I'm not making the mistake of returning again.

Great customer service. The pharmacist, Teg is exceptionally customer oriented. On more than one occasion, he has helped me with medication issues or questions He took extra time to help me get a refund when my new insurance card wasn’t arrived yet and I needed a medication so paid out of pocket. They were busy, but he still took the time to take the extra steps so that I could get a refund. Very appreciative of people like him and the staff at the pharmacy.

Poor communication and long lead times. There seems to be a disconnect between the online app and brick and mortar store. One of my prescriptions is regulated so I have to call the store to refill every month. That usually takes 15-30 minutes, most of it on hold. When refilling I asked if it they had the new generic in stock; they said yes. A week later the online status is still showing "in review for insurance". I call in, end up on hold for 15 minutes before getting disconnected. I go in and they say they don't have the generic but have branded. 4x more expensive.

I wouldn't recommend ever using this pharmacy. We moved to the area and this was the closest to our house and it's been a nightmare getting our monthly prescriptions. At the beginning, I witnessed several customers who were frustrated with the staff and service and asked to speak to a manager. I gave walgreens the benefit of the doubt from years of being a customer. 3 months in a row my prescription has been delayed, I've been told it would be ready 1st thing the next day and then I call and they say they have nothing in stock. No phone call or anything to advise on the delay or anything. They say oh well, despite my doctor having instructed them to fill it.

This pharmacy is terrible. They will deny filling a prescription over frivolous reasons(such as the type of writing utensil used to sign it...wild!! OR your address is put in incorrectly). And we ALL know all they have to do is call the hospital to get it fixed but nope, too lazy to do that.Went to MEIJER the next day and they filled the Rx with no issues.

The worst Walgreens I've ever been to.The pharmacy is always incredibly understaffed. Expect incredibly long wait times, the drive through is frequently closed.They will cancel your prescriptions without notifying you beforehand to see if you still need it. I tried picking up a prescription for about a week, but every time I went the lines were so long I had to come back.Arrived tonight to get my prescription and they cancelled it so I had to wait until they could fill it again.I would recommend going to another pharmacy if you're in the area.

Pharmacy is awful. So this is the 2nd time in a mine (July 5, 2023 and August 4) that I visited this location. On the first occasion, I had left the hospital and dropped off a prescription in the early morning. I was informed that I would receive a call within an hour or 2 to advise when my order was ready for pick-up. After 3 hours elapsed, I called and using the automated operator feature, I was made aware that my prescription was ready got pick-up. Today, at approximately 2:50pm, I was going to drop off a prescription and when i was asked if I planned to pick-up or was going to wait, I replied that I would wait. I was then told the turn around time would be 3 hours. I felt I misheard so I asked "3 hours?" And was told "yes." I called cvs on plum grove rd and they indicated the turn around time is 10-15 minutes. I headed over there. As I'm typing this I just received a message advising my prescription is ready for pick-up.

Wait time for prescriptions are awful. Dr. Sent prescription in after appointment t. That was hours ago. I went here for years and it was not like this. My daughter still has this place listed but we will be changing. They need to get more pharmacy employees and expand if necessary.

This store keeps getting worse and worse and if it wasn't conveniently located, I would immediately stop using it. It's messy, dirty and continually understocked. Tried to pick up a greeting card today and there was absolutely nothing...not one wedding card. In fact, as I looked about the Hallmark section, there was little inventory overall and what was available looked like a bomb had hit it. Did I mention the drain flies 3 mos ago near the pharmacy the last time I received a booster? Even my doctor's office recently asked if I was satisfied with the Campbell Street Walgreens...yikes. For a well-regarded local company this location is an embarrassment. The neighborhood deserves better.

They can't keep my wife's cancer meds supply up to date. Constantly running out when I go for refills. This is not just a runny nose. My wife is fighting for her life and they can't get her her medicine when refills are due. Switched to Meiers, they've been awesome.
