I've gotten a few vaccines here, and they're always quick and painless! I also get most of my prescriptions here and they're always super helpful when there's issues with my insurance.

This was my "home" Walgreens before I moved. I went here for my prescriptions, annual flu vaccine, and other health care needs. I recently had to go this pharmacy when my new pharmacy couldn't fill a prescription. This Walgreens was able to fill the prescription and get it to me quickly. I find their app to be extremely helpful. I can schedule vaccine appointments and order prescription refills easily from the app. I enjoy that they have apparel and other items from the local high schools. A portion of those sales are given back to the schools. I have also had a positive experience at the photo department. My parents still order their Christmas cards here. The rest of the store is ridiculously overpriced and I avoid it when I can. I recommend this Walgreens for all of your health care needs.

Normally, I'm disappointed in this Walgreens, however the pharmacy technician went above the call of duty and called various Walgreens to find one of my medications, because they're were out of stock. She even called a competitor and found it. Thank you Kelly!

I had a coupon from my mobile app, in which the aisle have a poster saying to download the app for a $10 discount. Showed it to the cashier and said they dont accept coupons from online which is total bs cause their store recommended to download the app for coupons. Or maybe the cashier is just lazy and dont want to apply em. Very rude customer service too.

So 8 years later I thought I'd give the pharmacy another try. That was my first mistake. All different employees then 8 years ago, but same megalomaniac attitude from the pharmacist, wish I'd gotten her name. The other employees were helpful and kind. I had asked if they had a quantity of a medication in stock, as my regular Walgreens didn't, and neither the backup Walgreens I went to. A kind pharmacy technician said she could check what stores had it. This happens to me frequently; the store will print out a list of other Walgreens that DO have that medication in stock. So I sat down to wait for the list. But instead of a list, after 15 ,invites of waiting, the pharmacist approached me and said "no other stores are answering their phones so we don't know who has the medication. You might want to check [mentions my original Walgreens that didn't have it in stock]." I simply replied "I was just there." Now, I make a point of not having any kind of attitude when I speak to pharmacists, because I am constantly judged. I've been doing this for 15 years, trying to get basic prescriptions filled every month so I can live. But she replied with a crap ton of attitude - enough attitude for herself, myself, and everybody in the store - and said "well then maybe you just need to find a new pharmacy." This is where you would see the shocked eyes emoji if Yelp supported emojis. And obviously she didn't mean a new Walgreens branch, she meant "leave Walgreens altogether and go to CVS or Jewel." I was so shocked and hurt that I didn't bother to ask her for the list of stores that had the medication, as obviously she had no desire to assist me in ANY way.So I left her store and went to my 4th Walgreens of the morning, and they didn't have the quantity either BUT they printed the list of stores that did - something that this Walgreens couldn't be bothered to do. From the list, I found a Walgreens that both had my medication in stock and treated me like a human being.Shouldn't have to go to five different Walgreens to get a monthly maintenance medication filled that I've been filling at Walgreens every month for the last 18 years, and I shouldn't have to go to five different Walgreens to be treated like a human being. Of all those Walgreens, this is the only one that I feel I need to review, because of the way the pharmacist treated me. (Actually, that reminds me.... I will go give the GOOD Walgreens a positive review!)Sad that after eight years, they still employ people with that same horrid attitude. I know pharmacists are hard to find, but this "woman" has some kind of inferiority complex that she feels a need to project onto sick and suffering people..... and I will never for the life of me understand why people like that go into industries that require them to serve needy people..... because all they do is hurt the people they are supposed to help. Just sad.

Pharmacy workers are absolutely unhelpful. I’ve asked them to help me to find some medicine on the shelves, because I couldn’t find with myself and didn’t know the name of it, but nothing. They just pretended of doing something.

Store is most likely understaffed so there is always a line that takes a while to get through and staff are not thrilled to be there. The one that helped me had clear annoyance in their face the whole interaction. If you have to change any insurance information prepare to be there for 20 minutes.

It's convenient, pharmacy is fine. Otherwise this store is aggravating. Cashiers unfriendly. Photo staff is incompetent and slow. Checking on my custom card order took employee 10 minutes to find me in the system only to have no answers.

While this location is close, I choose one of BG for my needs but I scored a Covid immunization appointment here. The staff from registration to pharmacist was very professional and friendly. The process was pretty simple and quick. There was staff activity in the aisles and they greeted me and asked if I was finding everything, which is a good thing.

Can I do zero stars for them? This Walgreens pharmacy is hands down the worst one. Not only do I have multiple negative experiences ranging from bitchy employees to wrong information, but today I got a call from Walgreens saying my prescription is ready. I don't have a car and recently moved so I ubered there, since it's my day off, for $17 (one way) and wait in line just to find out that they accidentally told me the refill was ready and I couldn't pick it up yet. So I got to waste my time and money, and not for the first time there. Thanks Walgreens.

Walking up to the store I noticed two customers exiting the store without wearing a mask. Perhaps I blinked and missed something. That said standing in the checkout line the customer in front of me and the checkout person were wearing masks, much like me. But a gentleman walked into the store walking past the checkout to stand right behind me without a mask.In short it appears that this Walgreens chooses not to challenge customers who will not wear a mask on the property. Clearly a mask policy is posted, but apparently ignored in many cases.I put my merchandise on the counter and promptly walked out the door removing myself from the situation...

I'm a true fan of Walgreens. They're a business that has struggled in the current economy and E-commerce world but this experience has really struck a chord with me. Rude customer service, lack of variety.
