Brent K at the Verizon Store in Arlington Heights Illinois is the consummate Customer Service Professional..He will answer all questions with a smile and not push extras on you. He went the extra mile and then some till you were satisfied.

Needed to add 2 lines with phones to our plan and Brent K assisted us. He explained the options so we picked the plan that was right for our family. He was knowledgeable, patient, answered all our questions, in addition set the phones up with the screen protecters and case.

HI never ever faced worst customer experience.I scheduled appointment based on availability ie 7/25 today at 3 pm at Niles IL and when I reached store, it's closed.Other day, 7/23, I went to store in palentine IL.to pic up my simcards and waited 80mins in store to get simcards. First thing, it verizon mistake to moved lines without delivering simcards. . Finally I got simcards over mail today 7/25 and simards are not activated. You guys are kidding me? I never ever recommend Verizon service.

Too pushy!! I came into ask questions, and my salesperson spoke way too fast. I believe his name was Sam. I asked him to slow down. He slowed down and then he sped up. I came to inquire about an iPhone 11. I was not sure if I was ready to upgrade. He informed me, he could only help one customer at a time. I felt very pressured as there were 4 other people waiting for help behind me for assistance. I wanted to know a side by side comparison between the iPhone 11 and 12. He seemed very frustrated. I should have walked away all together, but he ended up selling me the iPhone 12. I hope I am not sorry later. In addition, he did not show me how to turn the phone on or how to navigate the phone, as I am learning thru youtube how to work my phone. Bad experience!! Even though close to home--will not be going to this Verizon again!

I got there and was told I had to wait which was fine. I ended up waiting a whole hour to talk to someone for them to tell me they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. When I tried to have them order it they said I couldn't have it mailed to the store. I don't want it mailed to my house. They should of at least asked me if I had a phone in mind to avoid wasting so much of my time. If I knew I would of left and returned another day, but they choose to make me wait even though they knew I was looking for a new phone. I feel disrespected. That's sloppy service.

I would definitely NOT recommend Verizon period!! The customer service is extremely rude every time I try to talk with them and they promise that the credit is given for charges that were NOT supposed to be on there to begin with and yet it does NOT happen. NO credit was ever given even though I had called them SEVERAL times ans each time they said it will be given. Yet it has not on separate occasions for separate credits that they overcharged! They admitted it was their fault yet don't give the credit. Ans nor did they change the administrative person even though both of us wanted it changed to that person! This has been going on for 2 years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at al!! Go to another phone company as they don't care about their clients nor their service.

Worst Verizon store. Two weeks ago I was in the store and it was very busy so the woman said if I make an appointment online I don't need to wait in line. I made an appointment for today. When I came to the store the same woman said that they can't help me during the time of my appointment so I have to wait and she doesn't know how long. I told her what she told me two weeks ago but she just shrugged so I said THANK YOU and I left the store.

Sunday, February 21st.Worst customer service ever! I was checked in by a woman and told there were a couple people ahead of me. Ok no problem and waited roughly 35 minutes to see a person. The woman who checked me I had to acknowledge her and there was no warm greeting when I walked in. It seemed like I was bothering them by stopping in the store. It is worth mentioning that the person checking in was the manager supposedly, but all she does is walk around and hover over the employees/customer. She could have helped the line of people waiting.I was then working with a sales associate and told him exactly what I was looking for. I was quoted via a chat service and also the corporate 1800 number a price for all this. The employee also said that the 1800 number is a joke and that is why you come in store. Wait a minute! Aren't you all on the same team and work for the same company? The bill I was provided was $51 dollars per month more expensive. I said no way and asked him to review my file and see the chat notes and then also asked him to call customer service, which he replied NO! I was told a number of times how they are corporate employees and this is a corporate store. The employee had no interest in investigating this. Guess what the 1800 number did confirm what I was told and this store tried to rip me off $51 per month. Good thing he knew what he was doing!I asked to see a manager and upon coming over they both were talking about me right in front of me. Completely rude and the manager nor the employee cared to assist. The manager barely even acknowledged me during the interaction. I was even told by this employer in so many words I was a liar and I would have never been told that. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. It is amazing there are better deals for new customers, but old ones they pay full price.I later called the 1800 number to figure out what is the disconnect and I was told that the stores don't know what they are doing and better offers exist over the phone. Wait how can this be?They are a joke at this location! I told them I would be seeking a new carrier, which they said that is your choice and best of luck to you! Again, 14 years of loyalty and that is how we value the customer.Run away from this store!

Worst Verizon store in area. I don't recommend this location. Super slow customer service. I was waiting 20 min in line just to be told that I can order a new phone through the app. Why do they even have open locations if they can't help you with any problem and tell you to do it yourself online. I needed a new phone today, I thought that's what a phone store is for. Also they didn't let my girlfriend in, she had to wait in the car. I understand that they have restrictions due to Covid, but there were only 4 customers inside. The greeting woman was super rude and you felt like you're not welcome there.
