We went in to inquire about upgrading a couple of our lines. We ended up trying out the 5G home internet service, which we actually enjoy and still use. However, I am now noticing add ons to my account that were not discussed with me during the interaction. One was an insurance plan that I noticed and cancelled the same day. It was set up to protect my home electronics? Definitely never discussed that. Now, I was just charged for Verizon Cloud on two of my lines. I’m frustrated as these were also not discussed and not needed. Just be mindful at this location and in general that they have metrics to hit and apparently are not above slipping things onto your bill if you’re not paying attention.

I had some phone issues with voicemail, text messages, so husband and I stopped in Arlington Hts Verizon store. O took care of us. Looked at the phone, did a few things, replaced the Sim card and like magic the phone was working again. Thank you, O, for your knowledge, help and for saving us from the aggravation of a phone that we could not fix. You were pleasant, quick and modest! A pleasure to meet!

Hi,
I recently experienced a significant issue with my Verizon service, which was turned off due to a perceived lack of payment. Despite my payments being correctly reflected on the "My Business Account App" on Verizon's website, resolving this issue turned out to be far from straightforward.
After spending two hours on the phone with Verizon, being transferred between various departments, and being disconnected multiple times, I decided to visit the Verizon Business Store in Arlington Heights. There, an employee named O assisted me. Despite facing similar challenges with reaching the right department and experiencing long hold times, O remained patient and persistent.
It took over an hour, but O managed to contact the Verizon Financial Department, create a "ticket," and get my service restored. His dedication and effort were exceptional. O exemplified outstanding customer service and professionalism, qualities that seem to be lacking in the overall customer service experience at Verizon.
O, you are a star employee, and your commitment to resolving my issue did not go unnoticed. I sincerely hope you find a company that aligns with your core values and truly appreciates your hard work and dedication.

Worst customer service ever.the reason I'm leaving Verizon after 15 years.
If you need help getting a Verizon phone working, you would be better off knocking on your neighbors door and asking him to kick you in the junk. It will be just as helpful and more pleasant than setting foot in this hell hole.

Horrible and misleading staff. I came in and received an internet box to "test" out. I never even used the box and returned within two days of having the box. Now after checking my bill I am being charged $116 for the internet service that has never been used. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the business manager that helped me at this location. Now calling the customer service they noted I needed to also call in to cancel the internet service. This was never mentioned to me that in addition to returning the box I needed to cancel the service separately. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!! DO NOT TEST ANY SERVICES FROM THIS LOCATION they do not disclose all details.

It's hard to understand why people would act the way they do when they're involved in customer service, but this store is a good example of bad management. I have been owed a refund from Verizon for almost two months, and after four separate visits to this store, I still don't have it. Instead, what I got was Liz the Manager and her incompetent co-worker unable to fix things, then passing the buck off to "someone else" at Verizon for not getting my refund. When I was on the phone with customer service and Liz at the same time, she literally got called out by the CS agent for trying to shift the blame away from her, then angrily hung up on us both when her anger got the best of her. When I was in the store earlier, Liz was more concerned with where her store placed in the local sales region listing for Verizonnl, as she showed off some reports to another co-worker. If you're buying something from this Arlington Heights store, they'll be really nice to you....but if you need help, prepare for nothing at all, long waits while nothing gets done, and a nasty attitude from the woman who runs the store. Stay with Verizon, they're a good phone company, but this specific store is trash.

Its good to have an appointment! I didnt have one but wait wasnt bad at all there was enough associates to get everyone moving quickly I had a gentleman named Doug he was awesome at his job and got me a good deal on my plan and adding additional lines! place is clean environment is refreshing parking is available they have a lot of room for parking! Good job I like this Verizon location good job staff
