I just went to this USPS location to mail my passport renewal and was assisted by Sheri who was extremely kind and helpful. She helped review my documents to make sure they were complete and walked me through what to expect with the renewal process. She made sure I was aware of my tracking number and how to obtain assistance if I need anything or have any issues. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this USPS location for your passport and mailing needs. Thanks, Sheri!

Our encounter with clerk Sherry at Arlington Heights post office, was amazing, this beautiful young woman showed us what patience is, showed us grace and understanding, she had no idea of how stressful our day was going, she was a breath of fresh air on the most stressful day. I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with this USPS location. This office has consistently failed to deliver most of my mail and packages accurately, with a significant amount either going missing or ending up in the wrong hands. Multiple attempts to address these issues through customer service have only led to encounters with rude and unhelpful staff. It's frustrating to experience such a decline in service quality, which not only impacts my day-to-day affairs but has also resulted in significant financial losses. This office's operation urgently needs a thorough review and improvement.

I am really getting fed up with this post office. We have a separate mailbox for packages that the mail carrier is supposed to leave the package in that mailbox if it doesn’t fit in your regular mailbox and if they put the package in that package mailbox, they are supposed to leave a key in your mailbox to know that your package is in that mailbox, but every time I’ve gotten a package and it has gone in that mailbox the mail carrier has never left the mail key to get in the package box so I can’t get access to my package when it says delivered and if I can’t get access to my package that means that my package is missing also when you call this post office they never answered the phone. It is horrible customer service and this needs to be taken care of immediately.

My recent visit to the Arlington Heights US Post Office was exceptional, primarily due to the outstanding assistance provided by Puma. As I visited for a new passport, Puma's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care were evident from the start. Despite the bustling environment, she remained focused and addressed all my inquiries with patience and clarity. Puma's problem-solving skills ensured a smooth process, even resolving a minor issue promptly. Overall, my experience was superb, and I highly recommend this post office, confident that others will receive the same stellar service I did.

The worst postal service. Not qualified employees. They returned my parcel without my knowledge. They did not inform me about the parcel.

Had an appointment for passports for my kids and I Puma made our experience very easy and smooth! There was 3 clerks which is always a good thing no lines when I was there but it was early in the morning! All 3 clerks were very pleasant and efficient. Very helpful in answering all my questions good job love this location

I want to complain about the mail service we get it late we would like the mail route changed that we receive it first since we're on the south end of Arlington heights instead of starting on the north end first all of us on south end deserve better service

First time today at the Arlington Heights Post Office and what lousy service they provide there! The teller and supervisor were both not customer friendly in addition to being rude and stupid. Will not be going back there again!

i wish i could give 5 stars but there will be always someone service's prevent you to do it .
in general , later Pura' handle the case , she was amazing , so helpful and very kind. my concern was about issue a new passport.
