I do not recommend this service! Not professional employees. I had a problem with the back glass peeling off on my samsung s 24 ultra phone. When he arrived, he informed them about the problem of ungluing the glass for unknown reasons. The phone is new, bought in July this year. The service technician took a look and said that this is not a warranty case, since someone had already removed the back glass of the case, as well as the camera. When asked how he understood this, he answered that there are fingerprints on the rear camera from the inside. I reported that the phone is new and no one has opened or disassembled it.
After telling the tech they were protective caps and removing them, he told me to forget about those fingerprints that confused him. After that, he began to respond in order not to solve this problem, and also did not want to evaluate the service that I was sent to from the official Samsung website.
Conclusion: the employees of this service are not professional, since the technician could not distinguish the protective glass of the camera from the real one!

I went in for an HDMI port replacement for my Xbox Series X. Everyone there is super friendly and easy to chat with. The repair took about a day. I picked up my Xbox the following day and it has been working like new since! Not even to mention the cleaning they gave it. It looks like it’s fresh out of the box!

The guys at uBreakiFix always do a phenomenal job. They helped us when a certain shipping company destroyed my boyfriend’s PC, they fixed his phone screen, and most recently built my very own PC that runs like a dream. They’re very communicative, professional, and will always help you with whatever you need! We will always trust them, especially Kyle, with all of our tech needs.

Mike and Kyle were super helpful. I’ve been having charging issues with my iPhone for a while. They took a look, found the issue, ordered my replacement phone. Mike kept me in the loop at all points of the phone inspection. Any company that fixes tech needs to get a class from Mike and Kyle because THIS is how you treat people. Most places just take your phone and you twiddle your thumbs not knowing what’s happening then an hour or two later you finally figure it out. Not here. I got checked in quickly, I was kept up to speed with what the issues were, how it was gonna get fixed, and left happy. Great team here can’t wait to visit them to upgrade my pc

This company charges $240 to replace the back glass on an iphone 12 pro max. You can go to CPR Phone repair in Palatine and they do it for $170 and save yourself $70!

Don't Trust these guys!!!! Very POOR service I received from this ubreakifix location. I brought in my broken flip phone because the touch screen did not work and since the phone was only 2 months old I needed to go through Samsung warranty to fix it. After They did not have the part so told me it would take a couple days. I told them that I was going out of the country in a few days so I needed it fixed. I called a couple days later to check on the status, to find out that the part is on back order, don't know when it will be in. I was very upset especially when no one called me to tell me this. I asked them if they could just fix the frozen screen so I can transfer all my information to my new phone. New phone is another crazy story but nothing to do with them. They told me that they couldn't do anything about it they have to follow what Samsung way of fitting the phone. BUT for $200.00 they could transfer my info onto the new phone. I asked how and they said they would fix the touch screen then download everything. So why can't you just fix the touch screen let me download my stuff and then wait for the plug to come in and they do what you have to without charging me since is a no charge warranty issue. They of course said NO it would be $200.00. This whole thing did not make sense and they were NOT going to work with me, especially since drop the ball on this whole situation. POOR SERVICE!!!! will never go here again.
