“I am a senior citizen, a woman and I live alone. I am knowledgeable and capable about many things...but not cars! I usually take my car to Cassidy for maintenance. I know the work will be done correctly and I won't be taken advantage of with costs. The waiting room is clean, and everyone is always friendly and courteous. Today I went out to start my car and found my battery was dead. I went on Cassidy's website and chatted with Rich. He had Elando (so sorry, I know that's not the correct spelling and I can't find it anywhere!) call me and he arranged to have someone here in 20 minutes. Rich called me back to make sure someone had called me. Justin met me and in no time had replaced the battery. He checked the panel and advised me to drive around for a few minutes and everything would reset. I was so thankful they were able to come to my rescue! I couldn't have asked for better service. Always go to Cassidy, they are the best! Thank you all!”

“They drove to the garage where my car was parked and jumped the battery and took car to their shop .they looked for a problem put air in tires did an oil change and drove the car back to my garage . I appreciate the extra courtesy they gave me. I have bone on bone arthritis in my right knee. They care about the customer.

I would love to mention everyone but unfortunately the only names I know is Matt, Kyle and Ahsan. I am having a bad year. It seems I am catching all the debris on the roads. Have a flat tire several times this year. There is a Cassidy Tires walking distance but I had an awful experience. Hoing there twice was enoughbrlfor me. Not a friendly place, did not feel welcomed. It was a time I got the flat tire and had an important appt in 5 h, was willing to leave my car there and I've been told they can not guarantee... Next door oil change place my spare ... Anyway, what I am getting at, Arlington Heights Just Tires has been always helpful and empathetic. I came in the morning, lunch or before closing and I was never refuse the service. They friendly, professional and working smoothly Very grateful for them and always recommend!”
