John replied to my email 2 weeks later after I followed up with him.I did not have a budget for my project as it was a custom design I need to get done.He also had a very passive aggressive tone with me. "we are closed for a couple weeks so it doesn’t seem like the timing is right for you to use us for this project."I never mentioned my project timeline.This is the exact reason why people choose to work with big brands who offer customer service vs local shops.Ignore the email if you don't want the business. Save your attitude for somebody else.

Fast service, they even do the embroidery for gene and judes. My company need someone to get some embroidery work done quick and the place we used last year said 3 weeks, which we couldnt wait that long as this was being given out this week. John got us turned around quick and did a marvelous job. Definately will be using this company again! Ppps just realize there is 2 embroidery places in the complex where this business is at so dont go for the one you see off golf rd.

Bought a jersey as a gift for someone moving to Chicago, mailed it and & to ThreadWorks trusting they'd stitch the name and number on the jersey in time for me to present the gift prior to this person moving. They came through on time and it looks great! Excellent customer service alway took my calll or called back and it was just a one jersey order. Thanks John!!!!

I am so happy with the embroidery Threadworks did. I bought 6 aprons for me and my family and brought them to Threadworks. They personalized them with our names and they look great. I showed up too late earlier this week to pick them up and they delivered them to my house tonight! Wow. I am so impressed. I am so glad I 'bought local'! Thank you Threadworks!!

I went through a lot of embroidery companies before finding Threadworks. Their work is excellent, the prices are very good, and the customer service is excellent. I would not take my embroidery work anywhere else.
