Unfortunate experience. There were assumptions regarding why we were not approached to be assisted. After 30 minutes of not having been asked if we needed any assistance because we were trying out several couches, I asked the several people sitting down if there was anyone willing to assist us and i was met with blank stares and no response and turned away. Surprised that there was no follow up, my fiancé asked to meet with the manager and it was excuse after excuse.we won’t be returning to this location.

One of the worst places I had experience when coming to buying furniture. First place order for bedroom set and living room set And Dining room set After about 3 days after order got a call stating that they don't have Danny rooms at available anymore had to pick a different one First disappointment with them next they had an issue with my bedroom set almost was not able to get me my second Night stand but was able to find one, After waiting 2 weeks After waiting 2 weeks, Next the big headache been waiting 3 months since they told me day of delivery and still can't give me update on when I will get my couch Worst experience when coming to buying furniture would not recommend buying furniture from them

Worst place they are scammers, they will give 2 coaches for 2200 after fees and tax, you will find in ebay for 400 each, and you will pay monthly, after 2 year they will add 1300 fees on , so total will be 3500 for two coach, they are scammerss

Scammers!!!! I've had an unfortunate experience with this company. I purchased a couch for was about 1500 with interest and tax i paid $2300, only to discover the same product available on Amazon and eBay for $500. They offered credit, which initially seemed beneficial I paid monthly $75. However, after two years, I was surprised with a $1400 interest fee. They justified this by stating that the promotional period had ended, resulting in additional charges that exceeded the original price of the couch.

What an awful location. I was purchasing two small decor items and the checkout process took forever (like 20+ minutes) and there was only one person ahead also purchasing only decor items (like a small plant and a jewelry box). The lady who was trying to ring me up couldn't figure out how to process my items and the other employee she asked for help was sitting in the back shouting out instructions instead of just walking over (it was only causing more confusion). So bizarre. Also, their selection is very limited. I really disliked this location. Won't be back.

As soon as we walked in the door we were kindly greeted and got so much help from Mr Karim Tara in picking the best dinner table set. He was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to answer all our questions. Fast delivery, on time for my Thanksgiving dinner.

Ivan Anrubio was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us in our return and exchange with our new couches. We originally worked with Karim who was great to work with as well. Karim was not there when we went the second time but Ivan took initiative and spent time helping us find the right sofa set even though he was not going to benefit from this new transaction. This is what customer service should be like!
