While at the hospital I recently received a gorgeous bouquet of hydrangeas and roses in a fish bowl vase from Sylvias. When I got home I received another gorgeous bouquet with several types of flowers in a larger fish bowl vase. Both lasted for a long time. Next time I send flowers I’ll use Sylvia’s.

I sometimes hesitate to order flowers online, but I was not disappointed. The flowers were beautiful, healthy, and delivered on time. The recipient was very pleased as am I. I can tell that care was taken into making this arrangement.

I live in the UK and have using Syliva Amling's Flowers' services twice now to send someone flowers in Illinois.
Service was 10/10 both times. The first order I placed via phone call as I needed some advice about the flowers, the staff were extremely helpful and patient, they were a great help and the flowers were amazing, delivery was prompt and as scheduled.
The second delivery was this weekend and I placed this order online, I've run into some errors in the past when ordering gifts in the America from the UK but even the online service was quick and easy, no errors.
After two great experiences using Sylvia Amling's Flowers I will definitely be using their services again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am not one to leave reviews on places since I have never had a problem, I am a client who trusts his clients' reviews, that's why I got carried away and trusted a person. It's a shame that I paid for some flowers there and left a tip for them. the delivery I did things well believing that everything would turn out well but that was not the case I paid 3 days before the delivery date, it seemed strange to me that I did not receive a message or an email that the order had been delivered I called just as a precaution It was already 4 pm and it turns out that they do not have information about my order. I called 2 more times as the day went by and I still had no information. It is a real shame. Very bad service and customer service. I do not recommend it because if they left me bad for me, why recommend to others and make them look bad with nothing more than saying greetings 1/5 ⭐️
