I just started recently coming to this location after having Ana cut my hair in South barrington.for years. I am happy to drive 20 minutes out of my way because her services are outstanding. She is always kind, courteous, professional, and you can tell that she actually enjoys taking good care of her clients. If you have the opportunity to have her give you a haircut you are truly lucky, her and the entire staff at this facility are amazing.

Really love this location. I’ve been going for a few years now and had a stylist I loved. She moved on sadly and it came under new leadership . I was so pleased that the new manager, Ana, was fantastic. She goes out of her way to not only give me a great haircut, but also make me feel at home and relaxed. 10/10 would haircut again.

I been going to Sport Clips for about five years now and have never had a bad thing to say. Always getting cut by Ana and she is amazing! At this point every time I’m there it’s more of a hang out than anything.

Got my hair cut by Beata today. She was very personable and did a fantastic job with my hair. I would go out of my way to have her cut it again!! Super impressed with her as both a stylist and pleasant conversationalist.

Been going here for 3 years but had the worst experience when one of the ladies on 17th July around 5 pm completely ruined by hair cut and on top of that was extremely disrespectful. Spoke extremely rudely and rushed through the whole thing even when there was no customers likes up. She did not even bother to confirm if I like what mess of a haircut she had made. She even attempted to cut my eye brows without asking for my permission, how can u dare do that when I walked in for a hair cut? Would you cut my arm pits next? .On top of that expected a huge tip clearly could see her reaction. To avoid an uncomfortable situation I gave her a small tip still more than 20% of the ridiculous amount they charge. I totally found this lady a big racist (large Indian neighborhood) as she was talking non stop to the other customer but refused to even greet me.Management hopefully you guys take action and give your staff some ethical training, most Indians who walk in here are highly qualified than your rude, uneducated staff.To identify this person look up: July 17th around 5 pm visit, my name will pull up who this stupid hair dresser was.I have had wondered experience before this visit and just due to this one I will never walk into a sports clips again.Indians walking into this store be careful of this lady - Grey hair. I wish I remembered her name.Or May be add a notice outside your store on who is welcome and who is not.
