I got gas and went inside to use the bathroom. He said that they don't have a bathroom that works. My thought is, where do the employees go to the bathroom?

Rude! Went here and was on phone with Shell. After 15 mins, Employee came up to my car and immediately started yelling at me asking if I was gonna buy gas or not! Even after I told them I was on phone with Shell, they didn't care and continued to yell at me and rudely point at me. You can see them cuss and point at me. All I wanted to do was buy gas! And employee knew that but still gave me a hard time. They acted that way while I was actively on the phone with shell about an issue. Shell has it on file Case#5652186. They also told me other customers were waiting to use the pump but Station was almost empty. Never going back here!

Higher gas prices here as of 10/4/2022. Majority of the pumps appear to need maintenance as they’re out of order, or the card readers aren’t working. I frequently see law enforcement at or around this gas station dealing with some situation or another.

I put 2 gallons of Premium Gas and for some reason nothing was pumped but the meter went up and charged my CC. Complained to the employee (maybe the owner) and he said there is nothing wrong with it. I was ready to dispute the charge... and they actually cancelled the charge... Shady gas station...

Employees did not salt the grounds. Slipped and fell on ice. Clerk working did not seem to care or have any urgency to do something about it. He was not wearing a mask either. Lucky to have not been injured. But it could’ve been worse.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I stopped to put gas in at pump 7 and put in my fuel rewards number to get 20 cents off and realized that I was still paying 1¢ more per gallon than the other pumps. I should have paid 2.98 per gallon and I paid 3.19 per gallon. The regular price was 3.18 per gallon on the other pumps. So that's 40¢ total difference equaling $7.12 that I overpaid I took pictures and video of the pump prices and had to take to Shell corporate to resolve this matter so it's to be continued. So anyone going there check pumps 4 and 7 before putting gas in. You might end up paying more than you need to be. Well day two contacted shell corporate told me owner operator should be reaching out to me they haven't I stopped at the store told them to contact me and make it right I was charged 339 instead of 318 for premium gas make it right give me a call something's telling me this individual's not going to call me I will continue to keep Google reviews updated with my experience if you look in the past reviews of this place there's other reviews that people have experienced the same thing charged more for premium than other pumps that were posted it's probably be because the price isn't posted on the digital billboard but that doesn't make it right to gouge people at the pump I was charged 339 every other pump said 318 per gallon yes it was my fault for not catching it at first but it still doesn't make it right hopefully this owner operator does what's right if not I will continue to edit this post and warn people!
