I recently visited Noah for haircut, and I have to say it was one of the best haircut experiences l've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Noah took the time to listen to what I wanted and also offered some great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The haircut itself was meticulous. The stylist paid attention to every detail, ensuring that each strand was perfectly in place. The salon was clean, modern, and comfortable, making the entire experience enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and confident with my new look. I received numerous compliments from friends and family, which is always a good sign. I highly recommend Noah at salon Aveo if you're looking for a fantastic haircut.

I got a digital perm and cut with Claire. It was a pleasant experience and as much as I want to love the hair style, I can’t. It looks amazing for the first week or so. I tried to keep it dry and avoid overhead showers. I had to go to San Francisco for a trip after a week, and the hair style did not stand the humidity. I guess I should’ve foresee the Midwest hair styling not withstanding the west coast humidity. My hair became fuzzy and curly and flying everywhere. Still, I payed $300 and would expect a digital perm to last a tiny bit longer.
I would recommend the service and the haircut but not the perm. I am already booking my next hair appointment elsewhere as I think my hair is not nice looking anymore. Even if I only got it done last month.

I got a haircut from Noah, and I absolutely love it. Noah is really good at layered cuts. Honestly, it took a bit longer than I expected, and I was wondering why it was taking so long. But the result is just beautiful.

Onew did my hair and at first I was so scared to let anyone cut my hair bc of the insane state of my hair. Before I had dyed it back to black i had bleached it 6 times and my hair was so uneven I thought no one could fix it. Onew was able to give me the EXACT cut I had asked for if your gonna get a cut get it by him you won’t regret it !

Salon Aveo always does a great job with my hair. However Jennie Lee listened to exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job! Will definitely be coming back. If you ever want a cut, Jennie is the one to go to!

I booked an appointment for a Korean hair straightening treatment which includes Japanese straightening + keratin treatment. Noah convinced me that my hair was in a good condition and it would be a waste to pay extra for the keratin. I assumed it was a true professional suggestion and agreed to just go with Japanese straightening alone. He was in a rush right from the beginning. The way he dried my hair was unnecessarily fast, harsh and tugging my hair (I stopped him and asked him to be gentle). That's when I knew my hair was definitely going to end up bad because of his utter carelessness. He started ironing my hair and I could see my hair was fried at the bottom. I asked him if he still believes that keratin is not required for which he started ranting about how he misjudged and might have made a mistake. He finished ironing and applied the neutralizer in less than 5 minutes. He just asked me to lie on the sink and he poured the neutralizer on my head. THAT'S IT. I have had this process done at least 6 times before. They always take their time to apply the neutralizer section by section. Noah just didn't care at this point. It was evident that he wanted me out and get to whatever he had waiting for him. Extremely unprofessional. Why bother accepting an appointment on a Sunday if the salon can't offer a good service. I would have happily rescheduled. At this point my hair is in a bad condition and he knew it too! He finally just said the only solution is to chop off my hair!!!! I didn't know what to do and I didn't want to step outside in such a bad condition. I left the salon with 3 inches of my hair cut off! Worst of all ... my first wash after 48 hours - some part of my hair is still curly at the roots and the bottom extremely frizzy! This has been absolutely traumatizing. Such a waste of my money, time and energy. I request the salon to only allow true professionals to perform such intensive treatments.

Me and my friends always default to this salon and it hasn’t disappointed. I came not very sure on the specific style I wanted, but showed a couple of pictures and Jennie was able to combine all the aspects of what I wanted and I love the results!!

I’m on vacation in Chicago and wanted to get my hair cut. I thoroughly researched for a place and a stylist as I was going from long hair to very short hair. I decided to book my appointment here with Onew. He was extremely sweet, professional and very meticuolous. He listened to every single concern and detail that I had. Onew exceeded my expectation!! I absolutely LOVE my hair cut! I would definitely recommend booking with him! If I’m ever in Chicago again and in need of a hair cut, I will be back :)

I come here often. For this year it’s my 2nd visit. The staff here is extremely welcoming and friendly. Always offer hot coffee . All the hair stylists are pretty cool and stylish. Today I’ve got my haircut done by Haruna, she’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does! I love my haircut , I love the experience here . Thank you very much .
