Sally Beauty is a store with phenomenal and super friendly customer service. Staff members are described as super awesome, very accommodating, wonderful, and knowledgeable. They are consistently helpful, making customers feel welcome and comfortable enough to ask questions. Employees frequently go above and beyond to assist, offering great advice and walking customers step-by-step through processes like mixing hair color or dyeing hair for the first time. They help customers find the right products, recommend brands, and educate on proper measurements to avoid mistakes. The store itself is noted as one of the cleanest locations. Customers leave feeling good and with a smile, expressing immense gratitude for the attentive service that turns a horrible day around. Many state they will absolutely be returning to this store, calling it truly the best location.
The staff is very unhelpful. They have no idea what they’re doing and don’t give a damn about customers anyway. I won’t be back. I’d rather just shop online and not inconvenience these people with my presence.
