DOROTA helped me with a complicated order. She took the time to get everything I needed and helped me do it in the most cost-friendly way even as a walk-in. They truly take care of you at this location. The check in process was easy and efficient.I definitely suggest making an appointment to make it easier on yourself and the healthcare staff!

I rarely spend the time to leave a review, but I came into Quest for an Oral fluid drug test, but they had no tests on hand and were unable to perform the ordered work. The people working here called every single nearby Quest location until they found a location with a kit and called me after I had already left to inform me of where I could go for the work I needed done. Thank you so much! Great staff

Angie and the staff went above and beyond for us today. We had a problem with our order and were really confused and thought all was lost for the day, but they told us exactly how to fix it and then got us in despite a surge of Saturday morning walk-ins. I wish I remembered the names of the other two who were there, but they were totally patient-centered and did all they could to get everyone in. They knew their stuff, and it was like a revolving door of people coming in, getting taken care of, and leaving. Give these people a raise, they are outstanding! If you three read this, thank you so much.

I had an appointment at 9 am. They made me sit for 35 mins waiting with no communication. Don't come here if you expect a timely appointment. Extremely unprofessional.

Warning - stay away! DO NOT GO HERE! Phlebotomist named Shah hit a nerve while drawing my blood for routine blood draw. I was unable to use my dominant arm for MONTHS and have had extreme nerve pain. I was in the emergency department multiple times and have had multiple appointments with orthopedic surgeons as a result of this injury. I’m also emotionally traumatized. Despite me showing him where they usually do my blood draws, he chose to go somewhere completely different. He pointed at the area he chose and arrogantly stated “I don’t see a vein here, it must be really deep, but I don’t poke more than once”, bragged about how he’s been doing this his “whole life,” and then aggressively inserted the needle deep into my arm. He even kept the needle in my arm until the blood stopped coming out despite me screaming out in pain. He then stated “I don’t know what happened, I’m sorry I hurt you” and then walked me out of the office without providing me with any care or information, despite me being in extreme pain.Hopefully this phlebotomist has been fired but it’s concerning that quest would employ someone with such incompetence and negligence.Do not go here!!!

I had a pleasure to meet Anna who drawn the blood from my 7 years old daughter. Anna was very professional, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. my daughter actually laughed instead of screaming. Im very happy and grateful that we've met Anna

Quest has gotten better. The phlebotomist was lovely. Took my blood and had a great attitude. I guess quest isn't so bad after all.

There is no way to make an appointment online, just the day and time, but nowhere to type in your name or any other information.

This place is so inconsistent an unorganized. The first time I was here, I checked in and waited. I didn’t get called until several minutes after my appt time. I was told by 2 people if I have an appointment I don’t have to check in. My second time here I have an appt again and did NOT check in as I was told previously. After 20 min of waiting I asked and was told I HAVE to check in. While checking in the tablet prompted me to make another appt bc I was “over 10 min late” I waited and waited and the phlebotomist never came back. So I had to make another appt for another day. List several hours of work for nothing. Also, I understand it might be frustrating when an elderly person can’t use the electronics to sign in but instead of leaving them hanging maybe take 2min to help them check in?
