Privacy is an issue at Quest. The technician would not close the door when I requested it, and there was no curtain that I could close to give myself privacy. People undergoing medical procedures — including blood draws — need privacy.

The assisting technician was very personable and caring. Additionally, she was very skilled in her job. I needed to do a lot of blood tests and she explained everything, right away found my vein and didn't leave any bruise which is quite unusual for me. I'm in awe.

I was happy with my technician / phlebotimist as very professional. The checkin proceedure has been improved to automatically read your ID and insurance card (you need physical copies of both). The website needs an update to change/cancel an appointment.
