Diane- I'm sorry you feel that way; however, your response to my review was a blatant lie. Bentley and Izzy are currently up to date on their state mandated vaccine (rabies). They both have the 3 year vaccine which YOU administered on November 14th, 2022. Which means Bentley isn't due for rabies until November 14, 2025. The other ELECTIVE vaccines you suggested I give Bentley I declined on 3 different occasions (may 7th at his annual visit, and 2 more times on the phone with your staff). I think others should know how your business withheld allergy medication from an animal just so you can get an extra dollar on vaccines that aren't even mandatory or necessary. In Illinois, the only vaccine that is legally required for dogs is the rabies vaccine. You might want to educate yourself in the future. Have a great day!

I've been taking my dogs and cat here for many years now and I can't express how much I appreciate the staff here and both trust and love Prospect Animal Hospital. Consistently, they are efficient, thorough, kind and warm. I've seen many vets and none have made me feel nearly as comfortable leaving my pets with them than leaving them here. I'm constantly thankful I have found them!

We have just become a new patient with Prospect Animal Hospital and they took such good care of our newly adopted Kelpie Mix! Getting the first check up done was a breeze. We were impressed with the way they gently handled her. The staff was super kind and friendly and very knowledgeable! We trust them fully with the care of our fur baby!

Took my Cat a while back was told he needed Sugery by this Vet. Took second and third Opinion and found out she was 100% WRONG! Thank God I didn't believe her..

I have known Diane Dodin for over 25 years. As pet owners, having a veterinarian who sincerely cares about the welfare and happiness of our furry friends can be just as important as knowing he or she is competent and knowledgeable. Diane is the rare combination of both. I have entrusted her with caring for my dogs over the years, and also have the benefit of calling her my good friend since we were both in our 20s. If you have the opportunity to take your precious pet(s) to Prospect Animal Hospital, you'll be in the best hands - literally and figuratively. Dr Diane Dodin is an amazing person and a caring, compassionate, competent Veterinarian.

Switched Dr's recently when my current Dr wasn't resolving my dogs chronic ear infections and I'm so happy I did. Dr Dodin genuinely cares and gave us options my previous Dr did not. Her staff are very sweet and caring and my dog just loves them. She doesn't overcharge like others and even unrecommended services my previous Dr recommended that would have cost me thousands. Her staff follows up with us after appts and even calls me back when I have questions. I highly recommend if you are searching for a new practice and even recommend her to my coworkers.

I was recommended Prospect Animal Hospital on the Neighbors page and I can see why!! Wonderful doctor and staff. They take time with your pet and don’t try to push unnecessary tests. My dog is a little aggressive and they were patient with her. I will definitely be coming here from now on. ?

Dr Dodin is such an amazingly thoughtful and caring vet, and is always so patient and helpful with my million questions. I’m so thankful I found her immediately since moving here from Texas a few months ago. She cares deeply about the well being of my 4 dogs, and is always super thorough when finding the best solution for their ailments. Each of them have different personalities and Dr.D and staff always take the time and care to make sure they are comfortable and know that they are friends! On top of Dr Dodin’s fantastic care, her staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend PAH enough. I appreciate you guys so much for helping me with my dogs!
