“Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Gale on a package of mine that was having issues being shipped from my post office. She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. She was so great to work with, almost would'nt mind if another package was delayed going to her location! haha. Thanks again Gale!”

“This post office is my favorite, as long as you go through the week. If you go on saturday you will have opposite experience. The lady that works on the weekend does anything she can to do as little as possible. Through the week the employees are so nice and make sure to put the tracking, shipping labels and or postage on my packages themselves ensuring it is done right, weekend lady makes you figure it out and then gets rude when it isnt how she says its supposed to be and says cant be sent that way. I even watched her make a woman black out and rewrite the address because it was "upside down" as if they keep your packages neatly stacked and dont just throw them around. Im pretty sure on that rare occasion they need to turn or flip a box to read address ?? will never visit on a saturday again if i can avoid it.”
“I went 5/7 to do the paperwork to get my son his passport. Michael was there to help. I noticed that he was like that with everyone that came in which was a great thing to see as not all USPS workers are nice( I have experience first hand the unwelcome feeling) .Thank you Michael for being kind!”
“Went to send a package from here and it was phenomenal that it got delivered earlier than expected. The lady working there was really nice (loved her hair) and was able to help with what I needed.
The only negative thing here is that they really need more than one person working at the office. Services are slow because of this.”

“My apt has a broken mailbox -picked up my mail from post office asked if todays mail would be in there -he told me yes -got home, it wasn’t. Went back later in day to see if it was there. The supervisor was in the front so the man directed me to her since he didn’t want to check… SHE WAS THE BEST! Went above and beyond she called my mail lady to see if she had mail for me and she did -she took my number and is calling me when she gets there, I am beyond impressed. “Jessica was FABULOUSLY helpful. I was worried about shipping a flute and she was so calm and quick to help me with a smile and patience explaining the different shipping options. If all postal workers were positive/cheerful/ready and helpful like her- so many people would find themselves walking out with a smile each time they went to USPS.? ???? 5 stars, because this is the best service I’ve ever received at any USPS.I don’t remember names easily, so I went back in to see her name tag as she helped someone else in line. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to their facility- she had a warm welcome for everyone who passed through the door, as the sole front desk employee this Friday afternoon.THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JESSICA, for helping me get a package ? on its way to NJ. ?? “When I first walked in I was helped by a woman who was so rude to me I've never been there before and she offered me no help or information and let me just stand there not knowing what to do and then another woman came forward and her name was Bess and she helped me thoroughly and sympathized with how co fusing the return was. Bess is amazing and she is the reason I'm leaving a 5 star review! Thank you Bess”
“Great location, if one wants to mail directly instead of via local mailboxes. Usually not crowded, patient and helpful staff; sometimes busy at holidays or weekends but reliable. Nice variety of stamps available plus reliable service. Got solid advice from helpful staff recently on mail security and potential check fraud and unusual mail delays. Ideal place at slow times to get answers and informed answers at on USPS certified mail and tracking packages or letters.Front and side entrance are OK. Now-gone parking in back was a huge plus, though.”

“I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. Everyone has always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I think a lot of the bad reviews stem from people being frustrated and/or not having the most pleasant attitude. I feel like the respect and politeness I've shown to the workers has always been returned to me. Special thank you to Octavia for being so helpful on my most recent visit!”
“My package was there when they were shipped from overseas and it took a couple of days for it to move on but I don't blame them because from what I can tell on the reviews all the locals think positive of it and helpful, and the reason why the review is so low at 1.4 is because there's short-handed not enough staff in that small town.”
“I’ve been taught that people do have time to write a review on Google when they are mad. Don’t rely on Google Reviews when you are in doubt where your package at. Mine still a normal time processing, within 24h. Anyway using usps for international shipping so this one still quite fast!”

She helped review my documents to make sure they were complete and walked me through what to expect with the renewal process. She made sure I was aware of my tracking number and how to obtain assistance if I need anything or have any issues.
