Went to open an account and nothing but am upset. The assistant manager was open an amount for my daughter, and I found out she proceeded to open 3. They are very untrustworthy. Do not trust them.

Went in there to request a statement for my closed business accounts. Teller were happy to print them until it was more than 2 businesses. She said, "i can only print 2, you will need to talk to banker"... I mean if you can print, why do I need to speaker to a banker???

This branch is absolutely terrible. I have been there on two occasions when they had only one teller working while there are a lot of customers in line all the way to the exit doors. The rest of the employees would not bother to help including a branch manager. Avoid!

This location's manager is disconnected from customer's needs, just passes customer requests on to underlings who don't know what they are doing and fails to properly hire qualified and trained employees. I tried to deposit one of the federal stimulus checks into my account and they acted like I had stolen the funds. Very bizarre and unprofessional. They still haven't gotten the paperwork right so I can connect my two accounts so I have to physically go to the bank which is a huge waste of time and also unpleasant.

I've been to many PNC but Manager Katarzyna here was so amazing.She took a lot of time to explain everything.She is super polite and very professional.
