The tellers seem to never be around and the drive-through ATM is broken every time I come through, so what's the point? Save yourself the hassle and bank literally anywhere else.

Do yourself a favor and avoid PNC entirely. They have no idea what they're doing and this branch is now one more added to the list of poorly managed branches. After being refused service, knowing the manager was incorrect, I verified it with their own corporate office. I'm so tired of dealing with the nonsense and I simply won't anymore!

I'm fairly new to PNC however, I'm not new to banking in general. I've lost my debit card and needed to get a replacement this has happened in the past and I've visited a branch to retrieve a new one. However In Arlington heights at this branch they have there own set of rules. I called The branch prior to arriving around 10am and inquired about the replacement spoke with The only rep that's there Orlando who informed me I needed two pieces of ID I've never been required two forms of ID in which I informed The teller he told me maybe I should go somewhere else. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager. No one was available. So I requested a call back. I called Other places that I've been to in the past in Chicago and even the customer service number and was told that only one form of ID is needed to get the replacement card. After finding my passport I head to the location. When I arrive I asked Orlando the teller and for the manager now the card machine doesn't work when I arrive and within a two hour time frame no one could call me back to let me know. There was absolutely no other customers present but there stating there busy and the machine doesn't work once I've arrived. I feel discriminate against and has had this issue escalated to higher management bc the customer service has stated only one form of ID is needed no matter where you go.

I went through the drive-thru to do a deposit. The total time was about 2 minutes. I got my receipt and was on my way.

Finally did get a call back after calling and calling....Avoid this Bank....still waiting for a title that I had to pay for and they will reimburse...because they claim they never received but research shows they did...
