This location is the one! They have an ample selection of brands and makes to choose from. The associate Tim was super helpful and showed me exactly how to replace the necessary parts.

I came to buy a headlight bulb after I noticed it had went out. I am minimally car savvy but even so, Josef came out as soon as I popped my hood in the parking lot, took the bulb out and took me inside. He grabbed the new bulb and met me at the counter. After ringing me up, he took me outside and then installed the new bulb without even asking.
A++ customer service, did not expect this at all.

I ❤️ O'Reilly's! Always great service. No condescending attitude or shady upselling like I've gotten at some automotive businesses.
They always offer to help with installation, but never assume I don't know how to do it myself. Somehow they always strike the perfect balance -- super supportive but never condescending.
Keep up the great work, O'Reilly's!

Came in today with my brother-in-law to get a battery and the Owner Enrique refused to sell him a battery because he was wearing a Competitors logo on his jacket. Who refuses a sale., Enrique Does. O'Reilly you need to do better with your employees.Never shopping at your locations ever again. I will make sure all of my friends and family hear this story and I'll advise them to not shop there.

Came to this O’Reilly to get a battery because no one else in the area had one due to the cold weather, I walked in and was greeted by en employee who was about to help me when the store manager “Enrique” saw my jacket which was an old Advance auto parts jacket because it’s the only jacket I wear when working on cars cause it gets dirty. Said I can’t sell you a battery at first I thought he was joking and then the salesman who was helping me walked away from me and then the manager said I am not welcomed in his store and that I needed to leave, I then asked are you for real, he then said it is store policy to not sell to people wearing competition brands, I got this jacket from their reward program, he then berated me and my sister in law who drove me and said that we were attacking him and that he wants us out, my sister in law had to buy the battery because the manager was on a power trip

The wet heavy snow snapped the drivers side windshield wiper off so immediately located the closest O'Reilly auto parts store explained the problem and instantly located a replacement wiper walked out and installed it perfectly so I could get on my way. I highly recommend O'Reilly auto parts and especially the knowledgeable, professional and courteous store sales and service personnel.

Website says they help change headlight but they straight out said no they don't and rejected any offer to help, the guy seemed like he didn't care about his job and doesn't want to be there

The brake hose was leaking, I stopped at O'Reilly to buy a replacement but I didn't have any tools since I'm from Wisconsin and wasn't planning on having car problems. I didnt get his name but I asked the African American guy if they had a jack I could borrow and he said no, then I asked Wyatt and he said yes and went and got it. I spent the next hour fixing my car and Wyatt went above and beyond to make sure that I knew that I could ask him if I needed any help. Wyatt has some great customer service skills that his coworker could use major training in.
