The team at Northwest Metalcraft provides expert advice and quality products at very competitive prices. Shane was patient and kind as he walked us through the selection process of our gas fireplace and patio furniture. Shane made my fireplace dreams come true with beautiful brick veneer (expert installation to meet fire safety requirements), bronze doors and conversion from wood burning to gas. The showroom is huge and filled with many made in the USA products to assemble your backyard retreat. I could not be happier with our purchases over the years. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and more importantly Shane Mayer! Shane went above and beyond to turn our backyard into the perfect oasis! The way all of the furniture fit into place was like it was custom designed just for us! We’ve had numerous parties already and have recommended Northwest Metalcraft and Shane to everyone we know!! You will not be disappointed with the selection and customer service here!!! You must go!!!

I'm a second generation customer of NorthWest Metalcraft. My parents bought several products from this family owned business. I've bought grills, fireplaces and outdoor furniture for 2 homes, in Arlington Heights and Wisconsin. Roxana designed the patio layout and advised us on what products would work best. They are the best!

The best place around for high quality outdoor living furniture! Ask for Roy, he patiently carried several sets of chairs up and down the stairs of the 2 store rooms so she could compare colors of different sets!

I had an excellent experience working with Northwest Metalcraft.
Starting with the sales associate, Brian Impey. I was looking to convert my gas start wood burning prefab fireplace to gas only. Brian listened to my needs and made excellent suggestions without trying to up sell me.
Ron Deau was the installer and did an outstanding job. He was very mindful to cover everything to protect a recent hearth upgrade. He painted the fireplace walls, replaced the burner, added the logs and glowing embers, and replaced the doors. Everything looked great and worked well.
I highly recommend Northwest Metalcraft.
