Cannot recommend this to anyone anymore they took 5-10 min for a 50$ job , mats only rinsed with water and passenger side wasn’t touched it’s crazy this happened numerous times . this was the go to spot not anymore going right back to delta sonic I’m very disappointed . I’d get a refund but this place looks like they are running out of business really old equipment.

‼️ Paid for $45 Premium Plus wash. Was absolutely garbage. Car was filthy afterwards. They spent maybe 5 minutes on the car for their top of the line wash. Have been there many times. Manager was also upset how poorly the car was cleaned and offered me two free washes. Honestly don’t even think I will use them ??

Can no longer recommend this auto wash to friends or family. Closed during inclement weather is understandable but everyone has a busy schedule and adding an incentive of a rewash should be honored if the car wash has to close due to weather or extended the day(s) they were closed. After inquiring about this, they told me I’m SOL. I’d recommend another car wash service if you value your money and experience. Last couple washes have really been reduced quality and their prices have gone up. Interior car cleaning was not done well, dirt/dust still in easily accessible areas of interior and smudges still left on windshield as if it hadn’t been touched.

Mark and cashier could teach a school on customer service! And the guys who finish up the mats and windows are the hardest working men in the business. A candy bar, a coffee and a full tank of gas; you hop in your sweet smelling ride, flip down the sunglasses and you are as happy as one of the Blues Brothers!

Was there last week. They didn't clean the inside of my front windshield. The same smudge marks were on there as before it was washed. Also sides of windshield still dirty. I dont think they did the rear inside windshield either. $27 + $4 tip. Won't b going back

I purchased the platinum package 6 months ago or maybe longer. Today I stopped in to get a wash/fill up the tank and the person working the booth taking cars disappeared for a brief moment. I seen another employee who normally works the booth. I was trying to let him know if he would pull the car in front of me up, the street would not get blocked. I was respectful!! There was a line forming behind me. The employee looks at me angrily letting me know this was his day off. I apologized letting him know, I didn’t know it was his day off. He continued to look at me we a stern face like I was in the wrong for getting his attention. The employee finally came back a few minutes later. He took my car and I walked to the garage door letting the other employee that had the day off who was inside the garage wiping down another vehicle, that I was sorry a second time. Again another look like I killed his entire family. At that point I walked inside and tried to explain to the young lady working the counter what happened. I was told the employee was off and was not working. I get that part who cares. If he looks at me like that, he would do the same to another customer. My point to the young lady at the counter that I’M A CUSTOMER. Basically, I was told my complaint was not worth taking due to the employee was not working at that time. I’ve never had a problem in the past with anyone at this location. Please stay away from this location. Teach your employees customers service. -0 stars for customer service.
