My first visit to this location to see a Doctor, started out as a nightmare due to
the front desk customer service staff.
880 W. Central Rd
Arlington Heights
5th Floor.
I called to ask for simple directions, and I spoke with this wretched customer service rep who was completely unhinged, snotty and rude.
When I called her out to advise her of her attitude, she hung up on me.
I immediately called back and spoke with a girl by the name of Brenda, who refused to give me the name of the previous representative.
I requested to speak to the office manager, Shirley, who avoided the issue completely.
This is evident that this is how they run their customer service and treat the patients. By allowing their representatives to be rude to their patients and allowing them to hang-up on patients when they feel a bit triggered. It’s time to grow up.
What has happened to customer service in this country is a shame.
This action speaks
volumes of this office.
There’s an old saying.
“The person who answers the phone is the first voice a customer will hear. And that voice represents the company.”
Well, the girl who hung up on me is a reflection of this organization, along with Shirley, the manager who never returned my phone.
Well done ladies.
It just proves your intellect and lack of professionalism.

I never actually made past the phone call, one of the first three questions was asking for my ss number I was so uncomfortable and the woman who took my call was so rude and unprofessional, especially after I told her I wasn’t comfortable giving it.

This review is for the Busse Breast Center where I have had my annual mammograms and occasional dexa scan for years now. Since they've moved to the third floor, they have really streamlined the annual exam experience. All of their equipment is digital, you get your results same-day through your MyChart login, and the actual visit could not be more efficient. This is not the most conveniently located center for me to get my annual exams, but it's worth a 45-minute drive for me to go somewhere that's this professional and efficient. Thank you Busse team for making this annual chore much less of a chore.

My mom tripped over the metal firehydrand in the grass yesterday and felt something pop she fell face down si we rushed to the nch clinic on rand rd close to costco and it was closed until 8 am. My mom was bleeding the entire time like a faucet. So we rushed to the er on central rd. They admitted mom and put her in a room. We got there before 7 am and didnt leave until noon. Mom didnt get to see a doctor until after 8 am and everything took 5 hours. The care they provide is slow as molasses and very lacking , if mom would have any internal bleeding she would have bled to death. I would have come down on them like no one ever did before. She didnt get to ct scan till 9 am and xray till 10 am we were so sick to a point of nausea and tired, we went there before breakfast and we were both very hungry and i am hypoglicemic so i felt like vomiting. It took so long i understand they have other patients, but every time i walked by the other rooms there was no one with even one of yhese patients. They were just as neglected as my mom. There were 3 people in a row who were vomiting and sick, I was so worried my mom and I would pick up some virus, so I kept closing the doir to our room, and every time someone would come in (it seemed like only our room had a soiled garment basket, because they were all coming into our room to put them in) they left the door wide open. So careless. Moms nose is not broken, and her scull is ok, her big toe is broken though, from when she tripped over the metal pipe in the grass. She is very benged up and has big scrapes on her nose and forehead. She still coughes up blood. I am very protective of my mom, she is loved by everyone and kind and caring to everyone, ready to help with everything shes got, full heartedly. My mom is the best mom in the world. She is 82 and still very independent and she takes care of her loved ones even now. I came back from FL to care for her, but I have learned she is taking care of everyone. The hospital people just see an old lady, they dont realize to some families, the old people are the only people they've got. STOP treating the elderly patients like they are expendable. They are NOT!!! Some of them are better and needed more than any of you, snobby, pompous people. There was one gentleman who was very nice to my mom who took my mom for the scan, but the rest were taking their time and moving at a leisurely pace. Very careless.

I thought I was just me until I came to these reviews. The service in the E.R. combined with the attitudes and miscommunication is RIDICULOUS!!!! They blatantly don't care and it's very obvious!! They thought they were just going to give me a shot and or a pills and send me out the door, I refused both. When i inquired about an unnecessary xray ( I had results of an mri, on paper and images) meghan looked puzzled as if she don't know i had an xray done while I was there. I will never return under any circumstances!

Never had one doctor speak to me about my father, who was in the hospital for a week. Only nurses, one of which was rude to me and to him. It's probably the worst hospital I've ever been unlucky enough to deal with.

I have stage four breast cancer. Had drains in my kidneys put in. Left kidney was not draining. In the ER for 5 1/2 hours and still waiting for the CT scan. Told them I couldn't wait anymore after waiting 5 1/2 hours and they couldn't tell me when I would be seen. Girls at desk were very nasty.

They deserve a big fat zero!!! Crappy care, horrible doctor & nurse...misdiagnosed me!! Prescribed multiple drugs I didn't need and all the hospital had to say was " sorry we didn't meet your expectations"...really???? Had to go to another hospital ER and they immediately admitted me to the cardiac unit! NCH ED clean up your act!!! Do better!! I got excellent care at Good Shepherd hospital's ER in Barrington... thank you for caring.

This place is a joke. Misdiagnosed my grandmas INTERNAL BLEEDING for plain old vomiting. Glad we found care at a legit hospital elsewhere.

Consistently good experience with same day results for anxious patients. My wife appreciates that!
