Jeep Buyer beware. Let me start off by saying I have bought 2 Jeep vehicles and liked both. However, my 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee had a delamination manufacturers defect with the Uconnect which sits in the middle and controls the radio, temp, navigation, etc. This repair cost me $1,550.00 Jeep is well aware of this problem and had recalls on the 2019. Not sure how my 2019 missed the cut for that recall. I had other issues with the service department guy, I wont go into detail about that, but the service manager was a good guy about things. I was hoping since I am a loyal Jeep owner, my last 2 cars are Jeeps, some consideration would be given regarding the cost to repair/replace the Uconnect. It's a manufacturers defect and Jeep should stand by their product. I spoke with Jeep Uconnect support and of course they passed the ball back to the dealer. Disappointed in the dealer and Jeep corporations lack of support.
UPDATE: I called today 10-8-24 at 12:58 PM and spoke to a guy named Jerry who told me the guy who I should talk to was Mike? who started at 1pm. I left him my name and number and he said he would pass it on to him. No call back 5 hours later. So I called back today at 6:00 PM and was told Jerry the sales manager was the guy I should speak to. Is this the same guy I spoke with earlier? Who is the guy I am supposed to speak to? Why am I getting the runaround. How about sending me a message or posting on here the name and number or extension of the person I should speak to, instead of giving me the main number and no one who answers the phone has any clue on who I should be speaking with. What the heck is going on over there? Don't post on here telling me to call when you know its the runaround. It only reflects badly on your lack of customer service and support. SMDH!
UPDATE: So far no return call from the "management team", Im still waiting and Im not going away!
UPDATE; 10-16-24 Received a call today from Charna. Basically she talked nonstop, I just listened. The bottom line is sorry nothing we can do, you didn't buy it here, take it up with Jeep corporation. At the very least she should have said, look, we are a Jeep dealer, we understand the delamination defect and we will contact Jeep for you, but all I got was nope, you didn't buy it here take it up with Jeep yourself. I did take it up with Jeep. They of course passed the buck back to the dealer. So, if you buy a Jeep from any dealer, you have to go back to the same dealer for issues. You buy a Jeep here and move, something goes bad like delamination, then what? Will the Jeep dealer in another state say sorry, you didn't buy it here. Just a poor example of customer service and loyal customer service. I highly doubt this is the policy of Jeep and dealerships under them.
Again delamination is a manufacturer defect. There was a recall for the Jeep year I own but somehow mine was not included. How does that happen?
I would have just liked Charna to tell me in the first minute of our conversation, sorry, not our problem, its your problem, take it up with Jeep corporation instead of talking nonstop for 8 minutes and at the end basically telling me not our problem, take it up with Jeep.
So in summary, and if I am understanding this whole nonsense, if you buy a Jeep here, and you move or go to another dealership in the area or surrounding state you will get the response I did, sorry not our problem, you didn't buy it here, your problem, take it up with Jeep corporation.
I will continue on with my ongoing problem with Jeep corporation.
Btw, Napleton says at the bottom of my post to contact them "to discuss how we can turn your experience into a positive one". That didn't happen, and you know what, I knew it was just "lip service" and a way to show others who look at reviews that they responded in a positive way. Just remem

I had the pleasure of having Aterick as my salesman. He is very knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and upfront about what you will be expecting. He did a wonderful job at accommodating my needs and continues to do through the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car purchase. I will be recommending him to family and friends.
Update: I did not get a car from this dealership. Totally fine! The car was out of my monthly budget which I made clear from the beginning. After I left, I received a text saying that some magic was worked and I could get a “great deal” for that day only… mind you it was 7:30 at night at about a 40 minute drive away. My “great deal” was $200/ month MORE than my max. lol I got text messages and phone calls two weeks later to let me know that I could get the car closer to what I was originally looking for. However, I am not at all confident in them at this point. Now me being completely unaware of dealerships so take it with a grain of salt… they could’ve either worked it out from the beginning, or they’re just trying to get me back in the door to give me another unreasonable deal. Either way… I would probably not go back to this dealership as the information was that given was just too unreliable. I am finding plenty of other places elsewhere that is more accommodating to my needs without all of the back and fourth hassle.

Extremely nice people, nice shop, great selection of vehicles. If you don’t care about what you are paying, you’ll be fine. Taking advantage of you with a smile on their faces appears to be the mantra. What a joke. Don’t honor published pricing of vehicles, added in fictitious “additions”, didn’t net off trade in for false sales tax calc (extra $1k) - all finance scams to get more money out of you.

Eldin was the man! Worked hard for 2 weeks to get me the best loan possible. Was patient and checked up on me. And honestly I had a lot of other choices but nobody followed up like him. He deserved my business. Ask for Eldin!

Beware of Napleton's Service Center
I want to caution everyone about Napleton's. My car, a Dodge Challenger Demon, was in their service for a month, and on the day it was repaired and ready for pickup, it was stolen from their parking lot. This raises serious suspicions.
Only one car went missing during that time guess who's mine!. When I arrived, the dealer wasn't even aware it was missing. They sent a porter to retrieve it, but he returned stating it was not where it was parked. The service representative handling my paperwork insisted it was impossible and went with him to check, only to discover it had already been stolen. The repair was completed on Friday and it was stolen the same day. This obviously raises red flags. The dealer told me that I need to deal with my insurance company even though it happened on their watch and they should be responsible for it.
