“Had a purple line down the screen of my IPhone. It was diagnosed as screen damage. The tech replaced my screen in about a half hour and the phone now works like new. I wish I remembered the techs name because she was truly a great pleasure to do business with. She was knowledgeable, expeditious, and extremely congenial. Great work done by great people!”

Their store is well organized and clean. The rep that helped us was overly-friendly. It wasn't bad but doesn't offer an Ulta inside like some other locations have been starting to do. Can't have it all!”

I didn’t feel like she was trying to force products on me but she explained what I have and compared it with AT&T I did end up switching my home service but it was well worth it and I only came in to get a new phone but I appreciate the time she spent with me and made me feel like a person and not a quick sale.
