We got the antigen results in 20 mins. and within 30 hours on February 10, we received the PCR test and both were free! Thank you so much! You made our visit to our family wonderful! “Had the pleasure of working with Savannah from DHA labs this past March. She very patiently explained the testing procedures for multiple tests and assisted with our very complicated needs. We are from Hawaii but had the test kits mailed to a relative in Washington state, where we completed the testing (we flew over). The logistics were mind boggling and were complicated by our short stay and problems with the "overnight shipping" that ended up being "four-day shipping" due to weather delays on the East Coast. Savannah kept abreast of our situation and provided alternate options and much needed reassurance that our needs would be met. All was well in the end as a result of Savannah's support. Her customer service was top notch and noteworthy!”
“Don’t understand the negative reviews. Why do people think they should get health care free? $250 for a sleep study that you can do in the comfort of your own home or $2,000 in a sleep lab, which would you prefer? Great company, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a sleep study.”

“Highly reccomend Dr Naseeruddin for any vein concerns or procedures! He is very kind, highly intelligent, and very informative. I had vein procedures done in both of my legs, and he was very attentive, and answered all of my questions with care and compassion. He did research to make sure I was fully informed about what was happening and he explained it to me in a way I could understand instead of using medical vocabulary I may not be familiar with. During the procedures he kept me informed about what was happening the entire time, making sure I was comfortable and warning me about what I may or may not feel during the process of injections. He has such a kind way of communicating with all of his patients, and I would go back to him with any future vein problems I may have!”

“I had physical therapy for a frozen shoulder and then later for a knee issue at NCH 1200 W. Algonquin Rd. (by Harper College) in Palatine. Having never had physical therapy anywhere else, I cannot compare experiences. However, I thought it was a great value. I was able to get mobility and strength back in my shoulder and knee. They guided me through working on mobility and then strength. I found it helpful to have it regularly scheduled and did about 10 sessions for each issue. Scheduling was easy, and the staff very professional. If you aren't savvy about stretching or physical conditioning, or even if you think you are, and someone recommends or suggest physical therapy for an issue, I highly recommend doing it. They will help you by having you do things that help that you probably would not imagine or find on your own to do. And even if you found such, you would not have a professional teaching and ensuring you to do such correctly. I'm very thankful for the experience and results.”

“I went to the Elk Grove location twice, and they were really nice and helpful. First time we got PCR results in about 20 hours. Second time (today) I walked 25 minutes there in the cold weather with my young son and then realised I had forgotten my phone (needed to register). The woman working went out of her way to help us so that we could still use the test, which was really nice.”
“My brother, Shawn, unexpectedly passed away last week. I missed two calls and two texts during the middle of the night- hours after his passing. Which I felt was a bit insensitive and decided to look up this organization. My brother was a donor and after seeing the reviews here I looked into other organizations with the county- there weren’t any- and briefly thought about not fulfilling his last wish due to the reviews.... (I’m not saying other’s experiences aren’t valid- they are- but here’s a positive story)
I’m thankful that I went through with what I knew he wanted. I would not have been able to forgive myself for not doing right by him.
We had absolutely no issues at all and everyone I talked with on the phone when I called back was very kind. I now understand why they called and texted so quickly- these things are time sensitive. I’m grateful for their kindness and understanding as I navigated this for the first time and that they answered all my questions. There was no delay in anything that happened next. We can’t wait to find out how many people he was able to help. They said up to 75 people could be helped. I find comfort in knowing his selfless acts in life continue on for others now.”
