Zeb was tremendous! Excellent service just an out standing young man. I really appreciate everything he did for me. He tied down the box spring to my car and did an excellent job. I was just happy that mattress firm had the item in stock. That I could take home with me.

I had a great experience at mattress firm clearance center in Arlington heights. They had a large selection of new mattresses from many popular brands. They also had floor model mattresses at greatly reduced prices. I went shopping there during the memorial day sale and I was very impressed with their sale prices and with their salesman (Zeb). He did a great job answering all my questions and guiding me to the mattresses that met my requirements. I felt free to take my time and check out each mattress, and I ended up with a really good deal too. I bought two mattresses. I was very impressed with how Zeb reached out to each customer in the store, checking if they had any questions, ensuring no one waited too long. I highly recommend this store for their great customer service, inventory, great prices and deals. I will be sending my friends and family here from now on.

Clean store, person on staff was polite and helpful. Was able to quickly sample mattresses and find what I was looking for at a good price. Did not spend more than 30 minutes in the store, which is great.

Went to Mattress Firm in Arlington Heights, IL to purchase a mattress, and the manager Zeb was absolutely amazing. The brand we were looking for was not available in his store, he was able to find one in the Skokie location for us right away. Went to Skokie to pick up the mattress, and the manager there was very friendly and professional. He helped me secure the mattress to my vehicle. Would recommend purchasing from Mattress Firm without hesitation. Thanks guys for making my purchase pleasant and fast.
