So happy with this store! Eric was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! We had a warranty exchange and he made the process so easy! We first went to a different mattress firm location and we left very frustrated. We walked into the Arlington Heights store keeping our fingers crossed for a better experience and I'm so glad we did! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

Bought a mattress at Mattress Firm. The sales person was very informed and made the purchase go smoothly. After a short time I had an issue with the mattress and again the sales rep was so helpful and made the exchange very easy.
Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

I’ve been seeing Eric’s name in a lot of positive reviews and this one will be no different. He was very attentive the moment I walked in, heard exactly what I wanted snd did not attempt to up sale. Eric lifted around 5 mattresses for me to try and didn’t mind if I wanted to try one out again. He paid attention as I was trying them out and gave new recommendations based on what he noticed I was looking more towards
