Lifeway Mobility did everything they could to meet my urgent need for a stair lift. Sales rep Matthew was extremely helpful and accommodating. The technician was able to install the lift the next day! We are very pleased with the lift, and the service from Lifeway. Thank you!

I give 5 stars to the stair lift itself but the installation team drilled holes in the wrong stair and informed me I could fill the holes myself. I had to go round and round and many calls later still had to wait a month and a half for someone to come back to fill the holes. They told me it took so long because they were ordering the correct color wood filler. Well it doesn’t match and no follow up from the office. Disappointed to say the least when you pay over $4K for a product and installation.

Jose our installer was great. He asked questions to make sure everything he and his crew installed was where we wanted it to benefit my husband who suffers with Multiple Sclerosis. He did thorough quality work while communicating in a kind and professional manner. He cares about helping others.

We have had our chair lift for nearly ten years now and I use it a few times each day. The annual maintenance visit has kept it working perfectly during that time. The service people are knowledgeable and professional.

My wife has a degenerative disorder that has been making it increasingly difficult to use the stairs. She was finally going up on her hands and feet and made the dangerous transition to the landing with great difficulty. A stumble at the top of the stairs brought us to the realization that a stairlift was needed. I called Lifeway Mobility for a consultation. Matthew met with us the next day to help us select the model and options appropriate to my wife's condition. Joe installed the stairlift the day after the consultation. Both Matthew and Joe were personable and professional. They understood our needs and met them completely. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. When my wife used the stairlift for the first time she said it was worth every penny. She is finally free to move about the house safely.

It seems that most reviews here either run hot or cold with Lifeway Mobility. I wish I could post a 5 star review as I've seen with others. They came in 2 to 3 weeks ago and ripped out the wheelchair ramp from our front entrance.Do you hear the crickets chirping? That's all we've heard since then. We've contacted our casemanager and she let us know that their answer was that it would take another three weeks. What happens in an emergency? How do we get her out? I certainly cannot carry her out due to medical issues. As is, we have had to to reschedule medical appointments for her. It's not just the inconvenience; it's a safety issue.How is it that people get away with this sort of behavior? Is it because of the payor of services? I would really like to know.FYI, NO CONCRETE WAS POURED. SEE PHOTO.

Lifeway Mobility is so reasonably priced, offered accurate estimates and timing of delivery & install, and provides efficient service. We had a stair lift chair installed in just a few hours, about a week after scheduling an appointment, and it has increased the quality of independent living at home for our loved one. I highly recommend getting an estimate from them when you are shopping around for medical grade equipment. Thank you, Lifeway!
